Unique location in a hidden gem of a Bavarian town that is close to Munich. You should leave time to walk down to the town square in your travels and enjoy the sites. The host leaves an appreciated personal touch with local beers in the fridge, and is very responsive for assistance.

We stayed here for 4 nights and enjoyed a lot. We are already considering when we would like to come back and would recommend the place with a clear conscience. We were also warmly welcomed by the hosts and both are really very personable and open to a conversation and questions. The place is stylishly furnished, very clean and has everything you need. The location is perfect, in just 2 minutes you are at the lake and at many restaurants. Excursions by bike can also be started very well from the property and reach great excursion destinations. Great loft apartment. The people from the small village are very friendly. With countryside walks close by and a large variety of birds this location is amazing. The lake is approx 1km away and loads of waterside choices from ice cream to restaurants. I had a 4 week stay for business purposes, and except for the fact that I was missing my own home, I could have stayed longer. The only negative thing I would add is this. The fridge is in the same living space as the sleeping space and is quite noisy with the stop starting throughout the night. Thank you Stefan and Cornelia for a memorial experience.

We spent an extended winter weekend with Alex and Nadine, even with snow. The place corresponds exactly to the description, everything very clean and cozy, to feel comfortable. The contact with Nadine and Alex was easy, fast and very warm. The surroundings are beautiful, whether for trips to the lakes or to Munich. Glad to come back!

Very nicely furnished, super clean and well-equipped apartment, with nice and always easily accessible hosts. For the two of us, the apartment has the perfect size and layout, plus it is very quiet and is great as a starting point for all kinds of activities in the great area. We recently stayed at Wolfgang and Andrea’s loft while visiting Munich from the US with my wife and our three kids, and I can’t say enough great things about our experience. From start to finish, everything was flawless. The loft was exactly as described—beautiful, peaceful, and spotlessly clean. It had a warm, welcoming atmosphere that made us feel right at home. Wolfgang personally greeted us upon arrival and gave us a tour of the space, which was a wonderful touch. They had even stocked the fridge with sparkling water and wine, and left snacks for the kids—such thoughtful hospitality! Transportation was a breeze. We had easy access to everything we wanted to do in the city, which made exploring Munich with a family smooth and stress-free. The host’s communication was excellent—prompt, clear, and friendly. Their instructions were incredibly helpful and detailed, showing just how much care they put into making sure guests have an outstanding experience. They are definitely 5-Star!

We had wonderful 4 days in Herrsching on the beautiful Ammersee! For us as a small family, it was important to find an apartment that has a fully equipped kitchen. This was available and the rest of the amenities were also very good. Annika and Nicolai always responded to our messages in a friendly and quick manner and even provided a baby cot and high chair as well as sandals for our child without us having to ask for them - that's what I call excellent service ☺️ I would definitely recommend the apartment 👌🏼

We were guests at Christiane's with our dog for a week. The communication was great and the accommodation as described. Everything was clean and we didn't lack anything. We will gladly come back if we need accommodation in the area.

Maxi's accommodation is perfect, comfortable Beds, well-equipped kitchen and everything very clean and modern. Especially with a child, a great apartment, we felt very comfortable. Communication with Maxi is super uncomplicated. Everything as described or shown in the photos. We will be happy to come back.

We stayed at Imke's place and everything was perfect. The apartment is located in a very quiet and peaceful neighborhood, ideal for resting. The accommodation was very clean when we arrived, the beds, very large and comfortable, greatly contributed to our comfort. The television offered a wide choice of programs, and the kitchen was very well equipped, with many utensils available. The bathroom, and especially the shower, was spacious and pleasant. The host, Imke, was simply excellent: very clear in her communications, extremely helpful, and the check-in instructions were simple and precise. I highly recommend Imke's services. An excellent experience!!

The house is as it appears in the photos. Everything is very neat and nicely decorated. The quiet area, close to a supermarket and cafes and a few minutes by car from the highway. Spacious parking. Very good and fast communication with the owner. I would repeat. The kitchenware is somewhat scarce.

Franz and Astrid are very kind and accommodating hosts. We were warmly welcomed and everything was well explained (apartment, pool and sauna). We have received many good tips for activities in the region. In the pine bedroom, you could sleep very well. There were four of us with our two dogs, who also felt very comfortable. The farm is located in a quiet area that invites you to relax. Definitely highly recommended ❤️👍

Christine and Josef are very warm and reliable hosts. They were always there with advice. Good tips and literature for companies! Our 8-year-old daughter was allowed to pet the rabbits and take a look in the barn. The new apartment was provided with loving details.

We had a very nice stay. The home was clean and the location is fantastic. Only downside during our stay was that the elevator was not operational and we had to lug our bags up five flights of stairs. Our host was very accommodating, however, and did help us bring everything up and we had no issues during our stay. Augsburg is a beautiful city and this was a beautiful home. We are so thankful they allow us to stay there.

This is a wonderful place to stay, everything is as described, and we can't ask for a better host. We had a couple of requests during our stay, and he delivered immediately. We were grilling for a couple of days and eventually got out of gas, everything was closed as it was Sunday evening, and he manage to help us there at that time...quite nice to be honest. I do really recommend this place.
