Holiday rentals with beach access in Uttara Kannada

Cosy Vista in Goa is a beautiful studio apartment which is at walkable distance from palolem beach. What stands out about this place is how a soft breeze always keeps on flowing through the surroundings and playing with the curtains, how wonderfully curated the interior of the apartment is and how quickly you start feeling that you are right at home or start wishing this was your home. The flat is equipped with all the listed amenities and it is in a gated society so you feel secure. I was looking for solace and solitude and found it at soft moments at this place.

The homestay was really peaceful and comfortable. There are beaches, markets, restaurants and cafes all nearby at walking distance. We found rental places for vehicles nearby and also taxi or bus service to desired locations.

A great place! Kapil helped me sort a driver for my mum (who was nervous coming to India to meet us on her own). The flat was great and was a lovely place to chill out and relax. Highly recommend!

The place exceeded our expectations, it was even better than the photos. Spacious, well-maintained, and fully equipped with all the necessary amenities and kitchen essentials. Everything was thoughtfully arranged and spotlessly clean. The caretaker made our check-in smooth and was readily available throughout our stay. The society’s accessible pool was the cherry on top, and the view from the large balcony was a real bonus especially during the evening sunsets. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Palolem. I’d definitely love to come back again. Thank you, Parminder!

If you want to stay somewhere peaceful and chill with the most incredible host in the world? Then please come here! TanV welcomed us into her home with so much warmth and love along with her sweet dog luna. We LOVED being here and would recommend this to everyone looking for a place to stay. We loved sitting out on the terrace, sharing late night chats, cuddling with Luna and eating dinner together. The room itself was so cosy and it all felt like home. But of course privacy was super respected and you can choose how much you interact :). We’d come back here in a heartbeat, and now we have a friend for life❤️ (including a new furry friend for life 🐶) Thank you again 💕😘 we’ll miss you dearly x

The place is best described as quiet and peaceful with lots of greenery. We had good time and felt at home and had great time interacting with you guys ☺️. Patcho and rock were delught and we enjoyed their attention as well. Hope to be able to visit in future as well. Thank you for hosting us. ☺️

We made a good decision to choose Don’s Hideaway in Varca. The place is exactly as described, and the hosts & manager are truly hands on and available. Everything that was promised in the house was available. This was especially important for us as we were travelling with an infant, and had to prepare some meals. The info shared by Nakul on confirmation of the place was immense – everything that you’d need to know – from grocery shops and car rentals, to restaurant recommendations and places to visit. The only drawback was that a lot of the society was under construction. In fact, the view from most rooms was of an under-construction house. This again, was informed to us by the host, so props to them for that. There’s a clubhouse with apool being constructed right in front of their villa, so once that’s done, it will be truly amazing! If you’re a family looking for a peaceful getaway away from the humdrum of the beaches, yet close enough to visit them, I’d highly recommend this place

it was nice stay near to beach, with swimming pool added great fun for kids , neatly maintained , perfect place for 3 family,

everything was perfect. stayed here with 3 kids. We received the apartment after painting and cleaning. The house is spacious and comfortable, 2 minutes walking distance to the beach, and communication with Ditesh was excellent. For everything we asked for or needed, we received an immediate response. thanks for everything

Anshul's place has everything you need, it's ideally placed in Cavelossim, easily walkable to the beach, there's a nice restaurant just at the end of the estate along with a small supermarket for essentials. And you're very close to other amenities. Friendly cleaner visiting every day. Anshul's recommendations were great, as was his communication. The complex was well maintained, though the pools in the complex (which I'm sure the host doesn't have any say in the upkeep of) weren't cleaned as frequently as we would have expected. But this is a very minor thing, you were better off going in the sea a few minutes walk away. You won't find a better place to stay in Cavelossim. Book and enjoy!

Had another awesome stay at Ally's. Clean, pristine with all the amenities. The hosts are very receptive and it felt awesome to see a high table and chairs added to the room, helped us a lot with our remote work and meetings. Another attention to detail was when we arrived around 2.30pm in the hot weather, all the airconditioning was already turned on and it was so cool and fresh and we felt instantly at home. Kudos! And highly recommended!!

I’ve had a wonderful stay at Judy’s place. The apartment is located in a relatively quiet and lush area, with a beautiful view. Town and beach are walkable, but around the house it’s not as busy as in the town, which is great if you’re looking for a quiet home, but close to the action. Judy is a great host, very communicative and sending many tips for activities to do in the area. All in all a great place to stay, highly recommended!
