Rustige kindvriendelijke buurt, met een groot voetbal/ speelplein op 2 minuten lopen. De rivier de Vecht loopt van Utrecht naar Amsterdam en ligt op 100 meter. De Vecht is perfect om in te zwemmen of met een bootje op te varen. Bootverhuur zit op 300meter. Heel zonnige tuin op het zuiden, incl BBQ. Op de oprit kunnen vier auto’s staan en heeft een Tesla charger. Hartje Utrecht is op 10 min met de auto of 20 min fietsen. Amsterdam is 20 minuten met de auto. Winkelcentrum 5 minuten.

The house has a spacious open plan room on the first floor. This space consists of a dining area with a 3 meter dining table, a spacious sitting area and a separate TV corner with sofa. There is also a kitchen, utility room, hall, games room and toilet. The first floor has 3 double bedrooms and a modern bathroom.

Our house is in the countryside and surrounded by a huge garden and at the same time close to Zeist and Utrecht and at an half hour drive of Amsterdam. Because of the gate it is perfectly private. It is in the centre of Holland so you can easily visit also other cities or other parcs or make bike rides in the surrounding country side. We have 4 spacious sleeping rooms and of course all the equipment necessary.
