Great new house with two full bedrooms. Had a good rest.

Edo was an excellent host and the house was very clean, well kept, and we had everything we needed. We would definitely recommend this home to anyone else and know that Edo will do what he can to take care of you. In addition, there were plenty of dishes for our large family, dish detergent, laundry detergent, coffee, tea, an expresso machine with the capsules, and two dishwashers.

The place was new, it’s far from Batumi but we liked our stay, everything was clean and new, I asked for instructions to the place since the location wasn’t much of help, the owner responded quickly and provided instructions to how to reach, there was an issue with the hotel water the first day we reached, the owner did come and fixed the issue. The only down side was one of the toilets seems to preserve any smell it had and it takes long to get rid of the smell.

Great cabin, everything is cool

We celebrated New Year's Eve with our family in this beautiful house. The space is comfortable expectations. A brand new townhouse has just been renovated. Everything is new and fresh. The mega beds are comfortable and comfortable. All appliances and tableware are available for longer stays. The host is very friendly and helpful to the host. At our request, we brought home a Christmas tree and toys, for which we were grateful! We will definitely come back for a next time

I am staying withe friends and we r total 4 couple and 3 adults child , her house is 20 km far from Batumi city , the city name is chakavi, if u enjoy your holiday with your friends to perfect place to stay if u enjoy night clubs and some like that then u stay in Batumi city , if u have car so must u stay in this house its front of beach , beach is only 10 to 15 minutes by walk , we r enjoy our stay ,

Absolutely Perfect Stay – Highly Recommend! Our stay in Batumi was truly unforgettable, and a big part of that was thanks to our incredible host. The house was beautiful, clean, and surrounded by stunning nature – peaceful, quiet, and just what we needed. Everything was exactly as described, if not better. But what really made this experience stand out was the host himself. He went above and beyond in every possible way. Not only was he extremely responsive and kind, but he also helped us with things far outside of his responsibilities. When one of our group members suddenly fell ill in the middle of the night, he didn’t hesitate – he personally drove with us to the hospital at 2 AM. That kind of care and support is rare and speaks volumes about the kind of person he is. I can’t recommend this place and this host enough. If you’re coming to Batumi and want to feel truly welcomed and taken care of – this is the place. We’re so grateful and would love to come back again!

Superb Hosts, very helpful and fast response. Special thanks to Maya who was very helpful throughout our stay. Property is newly done, interiors are tastefully done… location is away from hustle and bustle of the city in a quiet location with lovely nature all around.

The house is big and spacious. The location is peaceful and right next to the beach/ sea. There are amazing sunsets that can be seen from there. You can hear the sea all the time! Everyone (hosts, neighbours, everyone else in Georgia) are very friendly. The shops are accessible. The only thing to improve is to provide items such as cleaning products, etc

Lovely house. Everything is perfectly clean and tidy. Very responsive, calm and easy hostess, helped with everything and prepared a lot of firewood for us, as we asked. Therefore, at the large, warm fireplace, we sat every evening for a few hours in cool comfortable armchairs and lay on the carpet. In general, everything is very thoughtful in the house, there are tables, chairs everywhere, you can comfortably settle in any place. There is fresh air and quiet around. The sea is just a few steps away through the beautiful spans - a real buzz. I didn't want to leave so much that we seriously thought about burning passports))

Everything was excellent! This is a place for a relaxed vacation. Spacious, beautiful house. Beautiful view from the bedroom to the pine forest. Large green area. The house was cool, although it was 30 degrees outside. There is parking at the house. The host is responsive, always very quick to respond to messages. Sandy beach one minute away. Everything is made for a comfortable stay for the whole family! I recommend this house! Now this is one of the favorite places in Georgia

The place was really nice. The outdore sitting area was perfect for chilling. The beach was in 5 minuts walking way, clean and nice sand. The hosts were so kind, responcive, was always ready to help. The overall experiance was perfect

Amazing small house in midst of pine wood in just few meters from the perfect black sand beach. The house itself is a bit small and may seems old-fashioned, but it has all one need for peaceful rest. Highly recommended.

We spent honeymoon together with my wife and our relatives so we chose Rene’s house for staying in Kobuleti. It was a such pleasure to be the guests of Rene.The house is situated in cozy and calm place almost on the Black Sea shore. It’s about 2 mins from house to the beach by walk. Clean bed linen, rooms etc. You can feel there as at home. Thank you Rene and to your father for hospitality ! Highly recommended!

We celebrated the New Year with a big group of kids. The house is large and spacious, has everything you need. Close to the beach, where you can admire the beautiful sunsets, the coniferous forest. Very quiet.

In the apartment (the second on the left of 4) there were two air conditioners ( in one bedroom and living room), which was important in July and everything you need for your stay. Two bedrooms, you can check in as much as six, but it will be a little cramped then in the living room. Our bedroom had relatively good mattresses, springy, but there was still a simple mattress on top, so we slept fine, no problem. BBQ, table, and hammock in the back yard. Marie was very helpful and quick to respond to our requests and concerns. Thank you
