Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Ureki Beach

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful house with a large and well-maintained territory. Location is close to Batumi, you can reach the city by car within 15 minutes. The hosts, Nino and Shota, were incredibly kind and responsive, quickly solving any questions we had with great empathy and care. And the nicest Grandpa Simon regularly brought us his homemade chacha and wine:) Overall, a fantastic place with wonderful people — we would love to come back!

The house is big and spacious. The location is peaceful and right next to the beach/ sea. There are amazing sunsets that can be seen from there. You can hear the sea all the time! Everyone (hosts, neighbours, everyone else in Georgia) are very friendly. The shops are accessible. The only thing to improve is to provide items such as cleaning products, etc

We had amazing time in this house! The house is in a peaceful, middle of nature place. Host was incredible, welcoming, warming people. Kitchen has everything you need in order to create perfect food. The host food also amazing. We would definitely come back

The owner lives right next to the house, so everything is easily accessible and communication is always smooth. The house is clean, cozy, and has everything you might need. There are also two dogs on the property — they completely won my husband’s heart! Overall, it’s a little oasis where you feel detached from the city hustle and embraced by nature. One day during our stay, we were even treated to a homemade pie! Everything here feels very warm and family-like. We definitely recommend it :)

Thank you very much, it was a great house for us, everything was there, even disposable toothbrushes, everything was provided by the owner. The location is just great, everything is very close. 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, living room, kitchen, balcony. Definitely recommended.

The location of the house is in a peaceful and quiet place (a nice change from the noisy center), but 10 minutes by car to the center. The hosts took us shopping at the store. Beautiful garden, very nice, talkative hosts and super friendly dog ​​Farukh (if you like dogs, you will be happy) made the stay in our memory for a long time. We highly recommend this place and hosts! :).

Stayed for a few days on holiday with mother. We had a fantastic time and felt like at home. The apartment is quiet, safe, spacious, well equipped. The bed is very comfortable too - not firm at all. The balcony is also a great bonus. The area around is busy but not noisy. Lots of restaurants and small businesses. Linda was very helpful and responsive. Strongly recommend staying at hers and wish the best. Thank you.

Although we arrived at the apartment in the morning, the host did not sleep, waited for us, although we left him without sleep, he understood us and helped us with the check-in. The building and house where the apartment was located was very clean. The sheets in the bathroom, kitchen, bedrooms, everything was clean, we were very satisfied. We had a wonderful stay at Blacksea's apartment. The location was ideal, close to all the main attractions. The balcony offered a lovely view, and the check-in and check-out process was seamless. The kitchen was well-equipped, allowing us to prepare a few meals and feel right at home. The host’s thoughtful gesture of gifting us wine made the experience even more special. We would definitely love to stay here again!

great appartment with separate bedroom in 14th building. floor is not that high, but still there is a sea view. price for value is good. all amentities are there. washine machine is handy.

Just wow !!! What a cute apartment la has made .. she has taken care of every small detail which a guest would need to stay in a new place for long term .. starting from well furnished Kitchen to well equipped bathroom. The studio room is big with a big sitting area , and decent sized kitchen and good sized bedroom. Cleanliness was top notch , interior was super cute and plus the bath tub was a star point. coming to la!! What a sweet lady she is , genuinely interested in giving a good experience to the guests. We had asked for some extra time to keep our luggage as our train back was in the late evening. La was very accommodating enough to allow us and inspite of we being late by an hour due to some last min issues she was patient enough. Love from India ❤️

We spent a week at the apartment, and it was an excellent experience! We felt 100% at home. The rooms were clean, and the kitchen had everything we needed for cooking. The balcony was spacious and furnished with comfortable furniture, perfect for relaxing. Absolutely 5 stars in every category—we will definitely come back again!

A cozy, compact apartment in a wonderful location. Perfectly suited for two people. There’s a freight elevator, so carrying luggage is no problem at all. The host is excellent and communicates very well.

Tornike's apartment is practically a chalet in the city. It is a perfect crib for a group of friends to hang out. There are two terraces with view on the mountains, one of which has a grill. In addition, on the second floor there's a pretty decent projector--perfect for watching football! Communication with the host was fanstatic. Location is not central, but walkable to the main attractions of Batumi. The only negative aspect is the appearance of the building: it can be offputting, but once you are in the apartment, it is like an oasis.

The apartment has a great view and very comfortable armchairs that have a great view of the sea!

This is the best Airbnb experience I have had so far. Maia was always available to respond to any questions we had, even before we arrived at the apartment. Besides that, she prepared some local cuisine for our arrival, which was a small but warm gesture from her. The apartment itself is excellent - brand new, 2-bedroom, comfortable sofa, clean and convenient bathroom. I believe the price is worth these conditions. It's a 10/10 experience overall, and I would recommend it to anyone.
