I learned everything I needed from the host. The apartment is next to the city hall in the center, so everything was at your fingertips. To the sea 2 minutes to the center 2 minutes 👍🏻👍🏻

Wonderful place. Everything you want and more. I couldn’t find one mistake. Her apartment looks like a piece of art. Every piece of furniture placed just where it should be. I enjoyed eating my breakfast while looking outside in a peaceful atmosphere. The only problem I had is to let it go. Building is new. Reception clean and secure well. You need to have a token to enter. Security cameras set up to insure your safety comes first. Outside the building looks organized and very clean. The Black Sea just a block away. To get to it, you go through fountain, beautiful walking bridge and if you love photos. You will have many beautiful views worth to capture for unforgettable moments of your life. Last thanks AIRBNB for monitoring each property carefully and providing suitable places for all segments. 😘

I had an amazing stay! The place was spotless, stylish, and located in a luxurious building right in the heart of Batumi. Everything was within walking distance, which made exploring the city super convenient. The host was responsive and welcoming. Highly recommend this spot for anyone visiting Batumi!

The apartment is completely as in the photos, very stylish and cozy. But very small, comfortable for one person, as even the bed is closer to 1.5 bedrooms. There is heating, the apartment is warm. High-quality, and most importantly clean dishes (which rarely happens in a rented accommodation), everything you need for cooking was there. I didn't like the old and laundered towels, and that many cabinets have some boxes and incomprehensible things. I also want to note the location, this is the city center and everything is nearby, very convenient. Landlords were quick to respond to all requests and answered all questions. Thank you.

We absolutely loved the wonderful view from the room, there were enough towels, hangers and other accessories, everything worked properly. We are happy with everything, if we are in Batumi, we will return to these apartments again!

The host was super friendly and great apt condition. I’m completely satisfied with staying there for few days I was in Batumi.

We liked the location and apartment. My only complaint was thinking there were 2 beds (based on a photo and the listing description). We stayed a month -sleeping on a sofa bed for a month was not what I expected as an older traveler. The one actual bed was decent and used by the taller of us. Other than that, everything was fine and we were generally comfortable. Caution: If you’re a light sleeper, you might be sensitive to neighbors nighttime noises. Hosts were helpful.

everything was good, clean and beautiful house, center of the city. wonderful view and cool balcony. but there were no trash bags, a gel for washing clothes and we were without water ~one hour (it's not a hosts fault, just unlucky)

we stay at Larica place as a couple . for both of us was fantastic . nice cosy and clean apartment very comfy bed and great bathroom . all You need in a kitchen and balcony makes You feel so good . BTW . on bottom floor there is cafeteria good food and very cheap. stuff on reception very helpful too. great time for us in Larisa place 😉

Very nice and clean place with wonderful view. Anton is a great host, always responses if you text. Good sheets, nice smell in the flat, host left some tea and water (very helpful after way). The internet is enough to work remotely (as I did). Absolutely recommended this place.

Recently renovated apartment, good location on slightly busy street near old Batumi.

We had a lovely stay in this apartment, when we visited Batumi. We really liked that it was very easy to check-in/check-out and the hostess was very helpful with instructions and addressed promptly our requests! Location is very cool, because you could easily access beach, Old Town and other cool places. I would definitely recommend this apartment for short to mid-term trips.

Artur is a great host , Everything was clear and he had videos for explaining . He helped me for also the parking I will recommend his flat to my friends.

We had a delightful stay at Natia's apartment in Batumi. Perfectly situated in the heart of old Batumi, it's a mere stone's throw from Piazza Batumi and a brief walk to the sea and main attractions. The surrounding area boasts numerous bars and restaurants, adding to the overall experience. The two-level apartment is a blend of comfort and modern style. Immaculately clean, its well-thought-out design ensures privacy even with multiple guests. Every amenity we needed was available, making our stay hassle-free. Natia proved to be an exceptional host, promptly addressing any minor issues we encountered. A word of caution: the central location means nights can be a tad noisy. However, the convenience and charm of the place more than make up for it. If you're seeking a prime location and comfort in Batumi, we highly recommend Natia's place.

House was really nice and clean I was with my family and we really enjoyed

The apartment is very cozy and clean, exactly as pictured. It's a 3-minute walk to the sea, with shops, a restaurant, and cafes nearby. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The host was incredibly responsive, always available, and gave us many useful recommendations for the city. He even met us with our suitcases upon arrival and took us to the train when we left. Thank you so much! We were very satisfied and would gladly come again!
