We had a wonderful stay — everything was just right. The flat is spacious, bright, and well-equipped. The location is perfect! The host was friendly, responsive, and attentive throughout. We really liked it and would happily stay here again. Highly recommended!

مكان رائع ونظيف واطلاله جميله وموقع الشقه مناسب والشقه فيها كل الخدمات مغسله ومكوى ومكرويف وثلاجة ومطبخ فيه اغلب مستلزماته الشي الوحيد السلبي لايوجد شطاف في الحمام.

we stay at Larica place as a couple . for both of us was fantastic . nice cosy and clean apartment very comfy bed and great bathroom . all You need in a kitchen and balcony makes You feel so good . BTW . on bottom floor there is cafeteria good food and very cheap. stuff on reception very helpful too. great time for us in Larisa place 😉

Красивая крыша с потрясающим видом добавила атмосферы. Удобная парковка была большим плюсом. Особо хочу отметить хозяина, который всегда был на связи и готов помочь в любой ситуации. Рекомендую это место для отдыха!

An excellent and stylish apartment with impeccable cleanliness! The host is very thoughtful and attentive, making the stay even more comfortable. Stunning views of the sea and park create an incredible atmosphere. Plenty of shops and cafes nearby, everything is within reach. Highly recommend!

Потрясающая квартира с угловым балконом. Вид и на море, и на горы, и на город. Симпатичный интерьер. Рекомендую арендовать квартиру именно у частных лиц, а не у Орби Сити. Потому что грузины к русским отвратительно относятся. Они должны были принести нам полотенца (потому что у хозяина договоренность с ними), так мы ждали полотенца от этих грузин сутки. А Лукас доставил нам их через своего друга в течение часа! Была вся необходимая посуда, холодильник, еду заказывали в Wolt, доставка 20 минут, очень удобно. До моря идти 5 минут. Если поедем в Батуми, будем снимать жилье только тут

لا أبالغ إذا قلت من أفضل المساكن التي سكنت بها شقة واسعة وكأنك في بيتك الحقيقة وفيها كل شي أهم الإيجابيات: - اطلالة خلابة، - صرافة عند مدخل المبنى، - توفر أغلب الاحتياجات الأساسية، - غسالة للملابس، - الغرفة نظيفة، - تسجيل الوصول سهل جدا، - تجاوب سريع من المضيف، - البقالات والمطاعم ليست بعيدة عنك بل وبجانبك ايضا ولكن تحتاج لخطوات (5دقائق تقريبا) ويوجد سوبر ماركت مفتوح 24 ساعة وكذلك بالقرب منه مطعم حلال مفتوح 24ساعة، - عدة أماكن سياحية حولك: • ميدان أوروبا، • الشاطئ، • شارع العرب، السلبية الوحيدة فقط: عدم توفر نعال للحمام سأعود للسكن فيه لو زرت باتومي مرة أخرى إن شاء الله.. والمبلغ مقابل السكن رهيب جدا وممكن بالمواسم يزود أكثر..

I had an absolutely amazing stay at this dome! Everything was perfectly organized, impeccably clean, and maintained to the highest standards. Остались очень довольны поездкой и жильем! Отличная локация, удобное расположение - близко к пляжу и ко всем центральным местам города. Само здание очень солидное и приятное. В апартаментах было чисто, все необходимое тоже было, кондиционер работал) В общем, нареканий никаких не было, отдых прошел отлично! Спасибо большое)

Wonderful place. Everything you want and more. I couldn’t find one mistake. Her apartment looks like a piece of art. Every piece of furniture placed just where it should be. I enjoyed eating my breakfast while looking outside in a peaceful atmosphere. The only problem I had is to let it go. Building is new. Reception clean and secure well. You need to have a token to enter. Security cameras set up to insure your safety comes first. Outside the building looks organized and very clean. The Black Sea just a block away. To get to it, you go through fountain, beautiful walking bridge and if you love photos. You will have many beautiful views worth to capture for unforgettable moments of your life. Last thanks AIRBNB for monitoring each property carefully and providing suitable places for all segments. 😘

Lovely apartment straight on the beach! Very comfortable! We had a great stay! The little supermarket is very convenient and the botanical gardens are very close by. Lots of National parks to explore nearby.

это чудесное место для семейного отдыха в тишине, в сосновом лесу у моря 😍 не хотелось уезжать! расположение и поселок отличные, Заза и Ира чудесные добрые люди, помогли во всем. будем приезжать ещё много-много раз, замечательный домик и хороший участок (тем, кто с собаками, будьте внимательны, тк под домом и между забором можно убежать, но если собаки послушные и дружелюбные- проблем не будет, а еще иногда заходят кошки). спасибо большое за теплый прием!

Absolutely perfect stay! The apartment was spotless and had everything you could possibly need, super cozy, well-equipped, and with a beautiful view. The location is amazing, everything is within walking distance, which made it so easy to enjoy Batumi without needing a car. The host was incredibly kind and welcoming, explained everything clearly, and even suggested a convenient parking spot just across the street. Всё, что нужно для комфортного проживания, было на месте — от удобной мебели до мелочей вроде посуды и чистых полотенец. Вид из окна отличный! Особенно хочу отметить гостеприимство хозяев — отзывчивые, всегда на связи и готовы помочь. Спасибо за комфорт и заботу! С удовольствием остановлюсь здесь снова и могу смело рекомендовать другим.

Amazing super peaceful place. 20 meters from the famous magnetic beach, but feels like whole beach and sea is your privately owned, cz it’s empty and all for you. We would love to come back in the future!

Нам очень понравилось у Гиорги и его семьи. Дом полностью соответствует описанию, идеально укомплектован, все очень практично внутри, прекрасно подойдёт и для семьи с детьми, и для двух пар друзей. Очень тихий уютный собственный двор, есть стол на улице, гамаки, песочница для детей. Мы с удовольствием вернёмся сюда!
