Perfect stay

I recommend, if I come to Batumi again, I will rent this Apartment. I have a very good experience at Airbnb, I can say that the hosts are number one.

I was a solo traveller and worked mostly from the house during the day . Wifi worked well most of the time. I didn't have a car . The host were very kind enough to drive me to the beach and botanical garden . the elderly couple don't speak English so well but their son speaks well . The walk down to the center takes about 20 mins and it takes you through a nice green path . Just pay attention while coming back in the night, most of the taxi followed the Navigation to reach the place and would get lost couple of times in the night. I would definitely revisit this place again 😊

Very beautiful view to the park, sea and sunset (the best view I've ever seen from the appartment).

The host is with you, helping. There is everything you need in the house. The view is spectacular, the opportunity to watch the planes landing. Would recommend.

I’d like to leave some feedback about these apartments. First of all, I was really impressed by how fast the owner responds — it was incredibly pleasant. The replies came instantly, always clear and on point. I never had to wait — even simple questions like how to turn on the AC or heating were answered immediately. Secondly, the apartment has absolutely everything you need: cooking utensils, coffee maker, iron, cleaning supplies — even candles in case of a power outage (which actually happened one night, and the candles were really helpful!). I also had situations where I needed to cancel or change the booking, request a change of bed linen — and everything was handled quickly and with full understanding. No refusals, just solutions. The apartment is clean, well-equipped, cozy, and beautifully maintained, with a great view and perfect location. I’ll definitely come back next time I’m in Georgia. Thank you so much — I wish you even more happy guests and tourists!

This is a very nice, fresh, clean, well-stocked apartment. We had a great time at the Dreamland Oasis complex. You need to understand that the apartment corresponds to the hotel room in its own size. The most lovely part of this apartment is the small terrace with its own garden. It compensates for the lack of space in the apartment.

Small tidy apartment on the 27th floor. Despite the fact that there is a lot of noise from the beach outside, you will not notice it in the room itself. Keep in mind that there is a queue to the elevator, this is a feature of the residential complex, and if you are in a hurry, it is worth putting into calculations. By a mysterious coincidence, despite constant traffic jams around the residential complex, taxis from there are cheaper than from other places.

Nice cozy and big studio for a reasonable price. Lived here for more than a month and felt at home! From the balcony you can see the sea and a little city, which pleased the eye :) (not only one building across the street) No one bothered. Thank you Stella for meeting me at check-in and solving all the problems if necessary. Batumi - one love❤️

Great place to stay in Batumi.Apartment has everything you would need for a short stay. Close to beach and promenade,supermarket ,shops and restaurants.The only slight negative is the poor soundproofing but that is due to the building and no fault of the host.
