Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Urbandale

We were able to meet Angela when we arrived. She was so friendly and explained a little of the history of the house. Angela allowed us to check in early and check out late, which we loved! She was wonderful with communication, even when our power went out! The garden areas were beautiful and the secret garden was a bonus.

Thank you Matthew for your flexibility and hospitality in order to make the Performing Arts Theater experience special for our family. You were accommodating, understanding in the reservation process, and provided a clean, creative, fun, comfortable, and convenient place to stay. I would highly recommend Matthew and his houses to stay in the Des Moines Area.

Lovely and unique home with lots of space and floor to ceiling windows. Good outdoor space too. Very convenient to the airport and downtown Des Moines.

The place was perfect. Close to downtown, but in a quiet neighborhood. Parking front or back. Great AC, clean and well stocked. Really appreciated the extras throughout the house. The kitchen had everything we could think of. Eon was very quick to respond to any questions we had. Thank you

Robert was very kind. we hosted a wedding here and were stressed about the venue and he helped ease our anxiety. it’s a beautiful place with lots of bedrooms. it was so peaceful there. i recommend this place if you need a peaceful get away!

We had a wonderful stay at Russell’s place in Des Moines for the Half Ironman! The house was spacious, very clean, and incredibly comfortable. It was also super close to the race, which made everything so convenient. Russell was great with communication and very flexible—we really appreciated that. Highly recommend staying here!

We got this place for my buddies wedding weekend and it was fantastic. The host was great, very responsive and kind. Keeping this place saved for future purposes!

The Hidden Lodge is a great place to stay! The house made us feel right at home! The basement has a fun setup, and the outdoor fire pit was a great feature too. It was nice being tucked away but still close to the attractions Des Moines has to offer. We would definitely stay again.

My daughter and I visited the Pella Tulip festival and wanted to extend our trip so we came here to see/hike the high trestle bridge & visit the arboretum. Renee’s place was great for our visit! Easy to find & get in, the place was super cozy and comfortable! Private outdoor space with the balcony was nice. The bathroom was clean and functional. The kitchen has everything we needed - a stove/oven with plenty of cookware, fridge & microwave, coffee maker, plenty of dishes. Beds were comfortable with good blankets and pillows. The only negative I found was that the keys were a little difficult to lock/unlock door. I would recommend and return!

I had a wonderful stay at Dallas’s Airbnb! From the start, Dallas was very responsive and answered all of my questions quickly and thoroughly, which made the booking process smooth and easy. The place itself was spotless and well-maintained, offering a comfortable and relaxing environment. I appreciated the attention to detail for the checkin and out process. I’d definitely recommend this Airbnb to others. Would love to stay again!

We stayed here for a family girls weekend and it was perfect! There was plenty of space and it was cozy and comfy! The place was so cute in a peaceful area but it was also super easy to get to where we wanted to go in the city. Check-out tasks were also quick and minimal. We will definitely stay here again if we’re in the area!

The place was conveniently located, very good size, and the price seemed reasonable. It did indicate that the evenings were loud with a bar/restaurant across the street, but we knew that going into it. We were very pleased with our stay. Thank you so very much.

This was my second time staying at this unit. The next time I am staying in the area this will be the first place I check for availability.

Allen responded very quick with detailed answers to any questions I had. The place was very clean when we arrived. There were lots of games to play such as bags, ping pong, washers, etc. that were great additions to the already very nice home.

Everything was as expected, Jeremy was very informative. Fast to answer any questions and very accommodating to our girls wrestling team. We would definitely rebook if he would have us again thank you.

This place has always been wonderful, it's very quiet and peaceful. We had a wonderful time with our family and hope to visit again soon.

We had a great stay! Our kids loved sleeping in the loft and playing in the playground. It's a cute little place, perfect for what we were looking for.
