Apartment holiday rentals in Upper Grand Lagoon

We loved the condo! It was clean and spacious for 5 of us. Teens had fun walking around, there is pizza and ice cream within a block or two from the condo. There are lots of shops and restaurants. The beach was not busy at all during our stay. We will definitely come back!

The house was just as described!! Very comfy and It had a nice view of the outside. It was very spacious for a 1 bedroom apartment. We will be visiting again for sure.

This is by far the best Airbnb I have ever stayed in. This condo was beautifully decorated with a stunning view. Nick was so helpful from checkin to checkout. I’ve been a Airbnb super host for years but this stay showed me I could definitely do more. I want to implement things from my stay with Nick into my own airbnb. Needless to say this was an all around great experience! I would totally recommend booking this gorgeous getaway. Thanks again Nick ❤️

Niki’s place was absolutely amazing from the view to the walk to beach - Not even a 2 minute walk!!! The pictures make the condo seem small but it’s actually huge for a family of 4. Everything is about 10 minutes driving and you can even walk. We had an incident where the oven wasn’t working but Niki was quick on her feet to troubleshoot the problem and get somewhat out (which it happened to be the breaker box has tripped). We cannot wait to be back!

This was a 10/10 first Airbnb experience! The place was just like the pictures and, being so high up, the view out of the balcony was incredible. Along with the great stay, Luke was extremely responsive and clear with instructions and information about the listing. Would definitely recommend!

We had a great stay over Memorial Day weekend! Away from the chaos of central PCB. Easy access to the beach. Great pool. Condo is very comfortable and quiet. Great for our family with a toddler.

Let me first say how amazing Yana was with communication, instructions, local hot spot knowledge, she knows her stuff when it comes to this area. We stayed for 5 nights at her place and it was everything we wanted in a condo. The condo is GORGEOUS, the scenery was so beautiful, and the quiet piece of town it is in, is perfect! I love the HOA rules, it keeps riff-raff out and you don’t have to listen to loud music, parties, or any other annoying distractions. We enjoyed our stay here, more than any other place! So this trip was for my 19 yr old son and his friend for their Sr trip ... several spots wouldnt rent to us. Damion did ... I booked the place and everything was great ... the unit is right next to the pool and super close to everything else. I would recommend thos place to anyone!

The condo was remodeled beautifully! The kitchen had everything we needed and everything looked brand new. Very easy access to the beach, and the attendants were great! Jeremy was very easy to communicate with since day 1 of making the reservation, and the check-in/out procedures were very clear. Two adults and 4 young adults stayed in the condo and we never felt crowded. We would definitely stay here again!

This place is a great location , easy to access, and quiet overall. Inside everything was clean and it felt like home. The use of the washer and dryer was a huge bonus plus the beach amenities, too! I would definitely recommend staying here.

We had a marvelous stay! The location was right in the center of all the hot spots, and the amenities were fantastic! We loved riding around in the golf cart! For our first stay in Rosemary beach, the guidebook was fantastic at directing us to everything we needed to know! We will definitely be back!

We stayed during the face lift. Even though balcony was closed. I couldn’t be any closer to the beach without pitching a tent! Absolutely great location. Host was great even had some beach chairs and toys available.

An Absolutely Phenomenal Stay! Our stay in Panama City was nothing short of fantastic! This Airbnb exceeded every expectation and felt like a true home away from home. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that every detail had been thoughtfully considered to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The host was incredibly responsive and accessible, which made us feel well taken care of from start to finish. They went above and beyond by providing beach chairs, umbrellas, towels, beach toys, and even a beach bag—truly everything you could need for a perfect day on the sand. The condo itself was absolutely spotless and fully stocked with all the essentials (and then some!). The beach access was seamless, the chair setup service was such a treat, and the resort staff were welcoming and friendly. This is a beautiful studio it is very spacious and a great use of space. Very kid friendly! The golf cart was a wonderful bonus to cruise around the beautiful complex and get to the beach access. Parking is conveniently located next to the complex. The furniture was clean and comfortable. The hostess was easy to communicate with and responded quickly to any messages that I sent. We immensely enjoyed our stay and will be back!

103 Sunswept is a lovely unit right in the beautiful sugary sands of PCB where peaceful relaxing sounds of the Gulf waves can be heard on the deck with an amazing views. Totally enjoyable and just as described.

Amazing stay!!! I love the privacy this location has, car passes were checked every single time we came in so it keeps out people who aren’t actually staying on property. Elevators were always fast. Beach chairs included made it so much easier too!

After an unpleasant experience at a previous property and a last-minute scramble to find a new place for the weekend, Madeline was incredibly kind to accommodate my family and me, even at 11:00 PM. We were traveling for spring break, and her place instantly felt like home. It was beautifully furnished and stocked with everything we could possibly need.
