If your looking for a perfect beach getaway, look no further. The listing details are accurate and you will have a fantastic time. It was beautiful pottery barn decor meets the beach (my favorite and what caught our eye in the listing). The condo is spacious, beautifully decorated; nice size bedrooms and bathrooms and have I mentioned the amazing views from the large patio? It was a perfect family vacation! The kitchen has all the essentials for you to make whatever you want to. We choose to eat breakfast and lunch in and eat dinner out. It is right on the beach so the ease of going upstairs if your forgot something or needed a refill or a snack made it stress free. Honey the condo manager was amazing, attentive and answered any questions. The host Kim was great to work with, she provided thorough detailed instructions that were very easy to follow and answered any questions promply. The building is very family oriented, we loved it was not a crazy party building.

This was the perfect booking for my family of 3! Everything from the view, the amenities, and the beach access were perfect. Definitely one of our favorite PCB bookings so far. We felt right at home and had all that we needed for our stay.

Great host, the apartment was perfect for us - comfortable, fabulous views from all rooms, and everything we needed with amenities. The condo building itself is clean and well maintained, as is the beach. Super impressed all around!!

This was our first trip to PCB and Brandy’s place was beautiful. The location is PERFECT! Walking distance to the beach, pools for the kids, local favorite restaurants within 3 miles. Absolutely perfect spot. The balcony view of the Gulf every morning was truly paradise. Nothing beats a cup of coffee and the sounds of the ocean. The condo was so cozy and felt like a home away from home. The kids loved the bunk beds. The kitchen had everything you needed. The master bedroom was super cute with a nice attached bathroom and shower. Brandy was super responsive to any questions and I recommend her and this property to anyone!!

A best friend and I decided to turn a day trip into an overnight stay last minute. Kevin was super responsive and made sure we were good to go! The room was extremely nice and clean! We will definitely be back!

First of all I want to say that before we even checked in I saw all of Cort’s reviews and was sold on him immediately. By the end of the first night there we had our minds made up. This was going to be our new go to. The room was perfect. Easy access and right where we wanted to be. The living room felt like home. The bedrooms were clean and comfortable. The kitchen was in perfect condition and the bathrooms were spotless. Even after having our minds made up when we left that this was going to be our new getaway we got more reassurance. We accidentally left the stuffed animal our son sleeps with every night and were in a panic. Cort in the middle of waiting for his grandchild to be born called his crew, they found the stuffed animal, and within minutes were getting our address so they could ship it back to us. This place is amazing. The host is amazing. Rent from this guy. We know we will.

Amazing place! Right next to the beach literally a 3 minute walk. Host is super nice! Place was very homey and cozy, totally recommend!!

We had an absolute blast! I honestly cannot say enough about how sweet and responsive the hosts are. The place is awesome. Location is as perfect as you can get. 12 out of 10 I would recommend to anyone and we will definitely be booking with them again!!!

Ms. Lidiya was amazing! Anytime I had a question she had a fast response. The place was great! Looked exactly like the pictures, and was in walking distance of main activities. You can never get bored. It was something to do around every corner. It rained while we were in town and we still had an amazing time! She even took her time just to check on us and to see if we needed anything! I will definitely be booking again. Thank you so much for the amazing hospitality you gave me and my family! Let me first say how amazing Yana was with communication, instructions, local hot spot knowledge, she knows her stuff when it comes to this area. We stayed for 5 nights at her place and it was everything we wanted in a condo. The condo is GORGEOUS, the scenery was so beautiful, and the quiet piece of town it is in, is perfect! I love the HOA rules, it keeps riff-raff out and you don’t have to listen to loud music, parties, or any other annoying distractions. We enjoyed our stay here, more than any other place! So this trip was for my 19 yr old son and his friend for their Sr trip ... several spots wouldnt rent to us. Damion did ... I booked the place and everything was great ... the unit is right next to the pool and super close to everything else. I would recommend thos place to anyone!

Jeff was a fabulous host and very communicative! We were getting in early to the area and found his beautiful space last minute and were able to book without any issue! We traveled with our 2 pups and they loved the space as well! The specific dog area on the property was very helpful and the “dog beach” in Panama City was within walking distance for our pups to enjoy the sand as well! Thank you so much for having us and we would definitely stay here again!

The condo was remodeled beautifully! The kitchen had everything we needed and everything looked brand new. Very easy access to the beach, and the attendants were great! Jeremy was very easy to communicate with since day 1 of making the reservation, and the check-in/out procedures were very clear. Two adults and 4 young adults stayed in the condo and we never felt crowded. We would definitely stay here again!

This place is a great location , easy to access, and quiet overall. Inside everything was clean and it felt like home. The use of the washer and dryer was a huge bonus plus the beach amenities, too! I would definitely recommend staying here.

Perfect place for a quick little get away with the kids and pups!

I would like to echo others who came before me… Stop scrolling and book!!! I’m not even kidding, this condo is everything. My friend and I just returned from an amazing three-night trip to Panama City Beach, and staying here made the whole experience even better. The condo is super cute, clean, and in the PERFECT location right on the beach. The view from the balcony is absolutely gorgeous! The photos don’t do it justice! Stephanie, the host, is hands down the sweetest and most thoughtful I’ve ever booked with. She had everything ready for us—coffee, snacks, kitchen essentials—and even made sure we had reserved beach chairs, every day, which was such a nice touch. The resort has great amenities too. There are clean, relaxing pools, an on-site bar for drinks, and amazing restaurants just minutes away. Everything you need for a perfect beach trip is right there. We couldn’t have asked for a better location. A perfect little getaway that felt like a little home away from home. Peaceful, beautiful ocean views, convenient, and easy to access. The photos accurately depicted the condo and all amenities were there as listed. Tim and Beth were very responsive in communications and answered all my questions. This is a great place to stay! Awesome views, wrap around porch was amazing, and the space fit our family perfectly. Highly recommend and would absolutely stay here again!

Host was very communicative, the condo was spacious and had everything we needed. We got to see and explore everything we wanted and weren’t far from anything. Elevators were always quick to come (definitely something that has turned us from other properties in PCB). We would definitely recommend.

The place was really nice on the inside.Spacious patience.The back patio had a gorgeous overlook of the canal which was very serene and peaceful. My kids were able to go fishing on the property. My only complaint would have to be that the sofa bed mattress definitely needs an upgrade. We were unable to use it luckily we had brought an air mattress just in case. it definitely came in handy.

This was our second stay here, so my husband and I felt right at home! It is a great location, beautiful view, and a comfortable bed, just to name a few of the features. It was also nice to have 2 bathrooms (women need their counter space!😄). We took advantage of the complimentary beach chairs and umbrella, and that was a BIG advantage not having to drag all that stuff to the beach! The beach attendant, Adam, was very nice and really attentive. We had a wonderful vacation and didn’t want to leave!❤️❤️❤️

Great place to stay with the beach just over the road. A few good bars and restaurants just next door aswell. Perfect communication from the hosts.
