Apartment holiday rentals in Upper Grand Lagoon

This place was everything we were hoping it would be! We stayed for our honeymoon and I couldn’t have asked for a better spot! Very short walking distance to 3 beach accesses, quiet surroundings but still close to all of the popular restaurants and stores, and just all around a beautiful apartment! Terrah is one of the best hostess that we’ve ever had! I will not hesitate to stay here again!

Had a great Memorial Day weekend at John’s place. Incredible water and beach view. Condo was adorable and perfect for 2. We’ll be back!

We had a wonderful few days stay with our two dogs while we were in town for a concert. We had some stuff come up that made us a day late to check in and Kseniya made it extremely easy to resolve with her prompt and helpful responses. The place was beautiful and we all had a great time! Close proximity to the beach and plenty of cool nearby places to checkout with a short drive like rosemarys beach and alys beach! Would definitely come back again!

Jen and Mike’s home was wonderful and we felt like we were at home! They were very responsive and nice. We had a great time! Will definitely be back in the future!

WARNING: “CEO” of property and property management were very unwelcoming. We were told that we could park our golf cart on the property, and then they immediately called a towing company and ridiculed my partner for the remainder of our stay. Other than that, our stay was great! The room was very nice and came with all amenities that were needed. The pool is very nice. The condo is in a great location on the beach. Our host, Michelle, was very nice! I’d definitely recommend staying with this host again.

Ambers place was the perfect stay for our group of 4.. we were in town for a competition, it was so convenient to all attractions, beaches and our venue. Easy drive and from. The pool was an extra enjoyment, our girls were loving a long day of dance, little bit of beach and then evening swimming in the pool. This is definitely first on our list if our travel brings us back this way

By far the best Airbnb I have been in. Joseph was such an awesome host very responsive. This place felt exactly like home away from home. I wish I could give 100 stars because the pictures and the description does not give this place all the justice that it deserves. The pictures are very accurate. It was a lovely home and Joseph is an outstanding super host. I cannot wait to go back. This will be the only place we stay from now on. Again if you get a chance to stay here, you better take the opportunity literally the walk to the beach Was 2 1/2 minutes so beautiful and the price is very reasonable! Again, I wish I could give more than five stars because I would give 100 out of 100

Quaint little place but price worth it!! Ground level and 2 minute walk to beach !

Dannette's place was beautiful. It was bigger than we expected and had everything we could need and more. There were tons of books to read, the view was incredible and the master bath was amazing! It is only steps to the beach and located close to everything. The communication was great. The place was very clean. We would love to go back and stay again in the future. If you have a larger family or want to travel with two families, this is the perfect place to stay.

The condo had everything I needed and more. So beautiful and peaceful. 10/10 recommend!

Our family of five had an absolutely wonderful experience! Having our own bathroom separate from the kids was a huge plus. The apartment was spacious and comfortable, with breathtaking views of the gulf from the 11th floor. The wait for the elevator was surprisingly short, even during peak times. We loved the amenities especially the many pools and the clean hot tub. The in-unit washer and dryer were a lifesaver, allowing us to easily refresh towels. The security team was also top-notch, making us feel safe and secure. We highly recommend this place and can't wait to return!

The place was very beautiful looked better in person than the pictures… lots of pots, pans, and plates for those cooking.. LOTs of beach toys, house was very comfortable, comfy bed and couches

My family and I enjoyed our stay. Clean & well kept place with plenty of room for everyone to have their own space. Perfect view of the beach & walking distance, right across the street to private beach access. Pools were great as well. As stated before booking wait times for elevators could be long however we didn’t have much issues with this ! Would absolutely stay here again & plan to do so in the future!

Loved stayed here! Very clean, beds are comfortable and the air conditioner does amazing! Those are huge things to us. We will definitely book again!

Nicely decorated in a beachy theme with a great beach and pool view from spacious balcony. Kitchen was well appointed and clean. Plenty of linens and other supplies. Pet friendly but note to other future dog owners, the best dog walking area is behind tower 2 which is where you’ll find a fenced dog park area. Would recommend Phil’s place.

We greatly enjoyed this space. It was very spacious and we had more than enough room. We loved the view and the balcony was great! The bed was very comfortable and the whole unit was very comfortable. There were beach chairs and an umbrella to use. The resort was busy but it still wasn’t over crowded. There are carts to use to haul your luggage and multiple sets of elevators. The amenities were great and access to the beach was easy. The unit is within walking distance of multiple restaurants and activities. We would stay again!
