Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Upper Grand Lagoon

Cute little home in walking distance of a great Mexican restaurant, gas station and grocery store. The beds were very supportive yet soft. The kitchen, living room and laundry room was perfect! Loved this place. Easy parking for two vehicles and easy keypad access to the house. We didn’t use the grill or fire pit but they were very nice for anybody who would want to use them. ROKU TVs in all bedrooms and living room. We would definitely rent this place again for vacation!

I took my family to see the beach in Panama City Beach and its was wonderful to stay in Alicia and John retreat. Its was nice and quiet in the area, 3 mins to the beach which I love, its was clean house especially the shower head, its was nice showering after the beach. I love that I can do my laundry and cook my meals over there :) our family enjoyed the house and we will come back again :D

On arrival the home was clean and just as pictured. We definitely enjoyed and the Guest book with clear recommendations was awesome. Thanks for the prompt response and we would definitely recommend and/or stay again.

Our family had a wonderful stay! The Fish House reminded us of our grandparent’s place on the Gulf. Very charming!

Visited Panama for my birthday and Xiang’s place was perfect! It was within 10mins of some of the main attractions and even close to the beach ! It was very spacious and looked exactly like the pictures . I would definitely visit again!

the place was good, only suggestion the beds were not comfortable at all, they made a lot of noise and the mattresses were very uncomfortable. in the leaving room the first night was uncomfortable because they don't have curtains and been that it was my kids and I it was scaring, but we covered them with the towels, the yard was not clean and was not able to take my pets out. But we made it to be a home feeling after the third day. this are not negative points, just a suggestion to be better. your place is very lovely but it needs a little of tlc on this suggestions. Exactly like the pictures, responsive communication, easy to find, clean and ready to use. My kids and I had a great time. Would stay here again.

The place was very beautiful looked better in person than the pictures… lots of pots, pans, and plates for those cooking.. LOTs of beach toys, house was very comfortable, comfy bed and couches

The condo is very nice, clean, peaceful. Pictures are wonderful in showing you what to expect yet the experience of it is So Much More. I definitely recommend this location. 2 thumbs up, a perfect score

Amazing stay! The beachfront location was unbeatable—gorgeous ocean views. The place was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. The host was great and made check-in super easy. Highly recommend for a relaxing getaway!

Saya's place was beautiful, sparkling clean, and conveniently located near many amenities. Her communication was excellent, and I really appreciated her flexibility in accommodating my early arrival, even with a late check-in. I definitely plan to stay there again.

We loved staying here and having a place so close to local bars and restaurants! And the Air B&B itself was so lovely. We especially enjoyed the patio and sunset view! I’d highly recommend staying here!

I fully recommend Louis's place - close to great beaches, restaurants and other activities. Louis is really responsive to inquiries. The apartment is very comfortable and was great for a couple/ 2 people. I will try to get this place when I return again to Panama City/ Destin. Thanks Louis!

Nina’s place was very clean and check-in was easy. Nina provided clear instructions regarding parking and check-in along with checkout instructions. We loved the view from the balcony and having a king bed in both bedrooms was nice. Elevators were a bit hit or miss, only 2 working elevators out of 3 when we got there and one day they were down to 1 working elevator. Overall a great stay!

Absolutely clean apartment! Absolutely everything you need you will find for a comfortable stay. I would definitely recommend to stay here.

My family and I have stayed in many condos and this condo BY FAR surpasses them! The size of the condo was very large and spacious. The designs and decorations were nicely appointed and beautiful. The patio was an excellent size and the view was breathtaking. It was very clean, everything looked brand new, and it was fully stocked with all essentials. The condo building wasn’t super huge, which was nice, because it was quiet and the pools and beach weren’t crowded. I highly, HIGHLY recommend this condo!! The owner thought of every detail and was very kind and responsive.

Carla's place was easily the most beautiful, and fully loaded Airb&B we have ever stayed in. Carla really goes above and beyond with detail and thinking about the little things. A good example of this is she provided dish soap, a couple laundry pods, dishwasher pods, extra toilet paper, and paper towel. Airb&b's we have stayed at in the past we have always had to come fully packed with essentials as such listed above, it was a wonderful surprise to see that she had those little things covered. The condo itself resembles the photos exactly, and the view is beautiful. Thanks, Carla, for being such a great host!

We had a great stay! The location was perfect with plenty to do in walking distance. The resort had great amenities and we used the fitness center daily. The view from the unit was FANTASTIC. The unit looked just like the pictures and was the perfect size for my husband and I. Tommy and Randie were very quick to respond to any question I had. Would definitely recommend, and will be back to stay again!

Fred and Rene’s place was perfect for my husband and I on our vacation! It was extremely clean and had a cozy feel. It was walking distance to several restaurants and shops, which was a plus with heavy vehicle traffic. We would definitely recommend this place to others!

Great place for an affordable getaway! I traveled here with my wife and 1 year old son, and it was perfect. Very family oriented. Pools and beaches were beautiful. We will definitely be back

this was such an adorable place to stay for a small group of people! it was easy to find and super close to the beach. check-in was super easy and we ended up getting there early and they allowed us to check in early. they were always quick to respond when i messaged them and they always had solutions if we had problems with something. i would absolutely stay here again!

This place was absolutely breathtaking!! Eric was a wonderful host! It was everything and more than we expected!! Great for our whole family! The place was clean, and comfy!! We will definitely be renting again next year!
