Hut holiday rentals in United Kingdom

Stayed here for 2 nights for the bank holiday weekend. The area was beautiful, the Lodge itself was modern and very clean. It made for a perfect get away with the private Hot Tub and cosy fireplace over looking the scenic view. Lodge was very private and secure. They provided firewood and blankets for the nights we were there and hosted a small shop for immediate conveniences such as drinks and snacks. Their information booklet had detailed lists of local shops, restaurants and nearby walks which was amazing, it saved us a lot of effort in a new area trying to find things to explore. We didn't get chance to check out the farm they had with several animals but were lucky enough to have the farm house cats come visit us each morning which we loved!

we had a superb getaway, ideal for timeout and a recharge. everything was as described and the mattress was so comfortable. is now on our favourites lists to return back to.

Such a lovely stay! All you need was there! Private and secluded, overlooked some fields of horses/alpacas and pigs. Even had some friendly visitors of the chickens and kitty! Was so comfy laid in bed with the projector tv with the log fire burning! After an evening of being in the hot tub! Had a tour of the farm and met all the animals, hosts were so friendly and welcoming! Such lovely food nearby and delivery if needed. Likewise only a short drive into Leicestershire city centre for lots more to do! Highly recommend!!!

2nd visit and absolutely living up to my memories. Weather was a little more inclement this time round - blew a gale and some very picturesque horizontal rain... but it was still cozy and so amazingly photogenic location. Lemon drizzle cake was a very welcome tea time treat throughout our stay. But it's the absolute spotless presentation that makes you feel right at home. We did miss seeing the cat this time round, hope it's OK :)

Peaceful and quiet location with sheep and alpaca in the neighbouring fields. Sitting outside the shepherds hut we could see the sea in the distance - same view from the hot tub. Very comfortable and well equipped with everything that we needed for our short break.

Wonderful Stay – Highly Recommend! We had an amazing experience staying at this Airbnb! The place was spotless, stylish, and exactly as described in the listing. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and all the amenities provided made the stay feel just like home. Our host was fantastic—very responsive, kind, and helpful with local recommendations. Check-in was smooth and hassle-free, and the location was perfect—close to everything we needed, yet quiet and peaceful at night. Overall, a truly enjoyable stay. Rosie’s Retreat was absolute heaven. Quiet and private but close to Bude, pubs and beaches, the hut made for the perfect getaway. The view out over the valley was gorgeous, even in the rain sitting inside with the doors open was a delight. Lucy’s instructions were easy to follow and clear, important to get you out to the hut along a small country lane. It was clean and every detail was thought of. Would highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing hideaway.

Had a lovely stay at Jessica's! The hut was clean and had everything we needed, with additional personal touches. The hot tub was ready for use at any time and we enjoyed the beautiful views out across the fields. Thank you!

We had such a wonderful stay for my partners birthday, Clive went the extra mile to make us feel welcome by putting up some birthday decorations and leaving us some treats for when we arrived. It's a perfect place to get away and unwind in nature, we were always surrounded by animals whether it was Norman the cat visiting during a bbq, hanging out with the goats, or watching the ducks drift about in the stream while relaxing in the hot tub. Thank you very much to Clive and Nikki for hosting us. I cannot recommend Kingfisher enough, we truly had an amazing time :)

Wow wow wow! Headland hideaway is stunning! Absolutely gorgeous, Mike was amazing!!! Messaged every day to check all is okay, send photos of the signpost where to turn and exactly where to park etc. his food recommendation were helpful and stop on! Tried lots and all were amazing! The pool was the biggest hit and we were so lucky when we stayed we had amazing weather! Everything was spotless and modern, loved the remote control curtains! A fabulous half term dreamy weekend! Thank you so much Mike! It was an absolute pleasure!

Fiona and Nigel created a beautiful space to stay for anyone who wants a peaceful getaway! I proposed to my now fiancé here and Fiona helped to give this place a romantic setup while we were out for food. She did a brilliant job! Thank you for having us, we will definitely be back again!

Lovely night away for our wedding anniversary. Host Steve very welcoming and showed us to the hut. The space was perfect. We had a lovely relaxing, peaceful time together. Just what we needed. Will book again!

We had the most magical stay! The hut had everything we needed. Even had a mini freezer for ice for our drinks. The hot tub is a beautiful addition to relax while watching a thousand stars! We highly recommend and hopefully will come back again soon!

We had an amazing stay at the hut! The hot tub was absolutely fantastic – the perfect way to relax and unwind at the end of the day. It was lovely to finish off the evening by the log fire, with everything we needed already provided. The setting was peaceful and cozy, and it made for a truly memorable getaway. My partner had a wonderful time celebrating her 30th birthday here – she loved every minute of it. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a unique and relaxing escape!

We had a really lovely time in the cabin with our two dogs for our mini-moon! The space had everything you could need and was fully equipped with high quality amenities and furnishings. A lot of attention to detail has clearly gone into it and there was plenty of room for the 4 of us. The surroundings were really pretty and there are plenty of lush farm shops and restaurants nearby. My favourite villages Broadway and Bourton on the water were only a short drive away so the location was perfect for us! I would also like to say a huge thanks to Tom and Kate for bringing me an inhaler when my hayfever was really bad - that was so appreciated. The addition of an iron would be really handy and another mirror in order to plug in electricals outside of the bathroom.

Amazing stay, easy check in with fun and great use of a golf buggy to get to the cabins. The cabin itself was kitted out perfectly with a super comfy bed. The additional extras were great especially the bbq kit. Overall we had a great stay and hope to return!

Excellent location, lovely views. Nice private area in front of the hut looking out over the fields. Really need to spend more than one night to take full advantage. The accommodation was compact but that's what you would expect from a Shepherds Hutt. It was very well equipped to a high standard. Didn't need to trouble owners but they were available on site if needed. Chatted with Sonia when we left - very nice friendly lady! Suggestion : There was a Nespresso cafe machine but no pods that we could find. Not a problem as I always take my own coffee. Would also have been nice to have had a small carton of real milk provided. Didn't use the wood fired hot tub - seemed like more trouble than it was worth. Overall a unique and excellent retreat.

Shepherds hut was probably our favourite Air bnb so far! Being greeted by Jane was a lovely start to our holiday, she made us feel right at home. The hut itself is perfectly decorated, cosy and clean. Every detail was so carefully considered and Jane had even moved some sheep into the overlooking field for us which made our stay feel magical. We loved the hot tub and views - we watched the sunset one night and sat in the rain listening to the birds on the other, which really felt like a spa experience! This was our first holiday with our puppy, he loved the sheep and they even came to say hello! We had everything we needed to make our stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible (playing cards, dog treats, tasty Welsh cakes). We 100% want to return, our only regret was not booking an extra night - there’s plenty to explore on the farm and nearby. Our puppy refused to get in the car when he realised we were packed up to go home! Thank you Jane for doing such a great job ❤️🌲

Coes farm is stunning. My daughter and I , along with our dachshund stayed for a girls mini break. The pigeon hole is gorgeous, from the decor to the little touches like fresh eggs. The pool is amazing and such a lovely space to relax. The grounds to explore are lovely, the local pub serves a great dinner, everyone very friendly and dog friendly! Can’t recommend this place enough. Immaculately clean rural escape x

We had a wonderful time staying here, we are already wishing we could go back! Hugh and Susanna have put so much effort into creating the perfect Welsh fairytale garden experience. The gardens are stunning, there’s lots of places to sit and soak in the greenery, we particularly loved sitting in the outdoor decking by the swimming pond. It felt like we were in lord of the rings. Plenty of stunning walks nearby as well as the beaches! This was our first time taking our little dog Phoebe on holiday, and it’s safe to say we couldn’t have had a better time! Thank you Susanna and Hugh!

This place is a slice of heaven. We enjoyed our stay so much and didn’t want to leave. The hut is beautiful and all the lovely little touches really make it, we can’t fault it at all. We absolutely enjoyed our stay! We felt welcomed by Allison as soon as we got to the farm. She showed us the way to our private little field and then carried on showing us where everything is and how it works. The place is absolutely perfect for a night away to relax and enjoy time out. We loved the hot tub and outdoor seating as well as the log burner inside once it got cooler at night. Could not fault the place or Allison’s service. Would highly recommend and would definitely visit again! Once again, thank you Allison x
