Washer/dryer, DISH, WiFi. 1 bedroom, 1 full bath downstairs, no stairs for either for older or special needs. 1-night weekday rental ONLY allowed in winter. Central Air + additional room units if someone wants even cooler for sleeping. Annual leader in return rentals in Culver for a reason. Affordable.

View of lake Maxinkuckee from the deck! Two bedrooms upstairs with queen beds, and one full bathroom. Basement has a full bathroom with 4 bunk beds, and couch. Dining room, large living room, and outdoor patio offer many places to gather. Full kitchen, and small office for dedicated work space. Off street parking.

Gorgeous 2 Bedroom apartment across the street from Culver Academies. Don’t miss out on this spacious two-bedroom apt. - walking distance to the Academy, near shops, dining, Town Park. Less than an hour drive to Notre Dame! We finished out the space above our garage in 2018, complete with a private, separate entrance. We are full-time residents of Culver (one an Academy grad and teacher) and parents of a CGA grad, happy to share our insights about our school and charming Community.

Penthouse with lake views

2100 sq ft 5 bedroom/2 bathroom penthouse apartment located steps from Lake Max and walking distance to Culver Academies. We completely remodeled the 3rd floor of this building in 2016 for use as our family gathering place. The dining table seats 10 with 4 additional spaces at the bar. There are 3 bedrooms with queen beds and 2 bedrooms that have 2 single beds. However, the 2 singles can be made into a king in room 5 if requested at time of booking.

Christine was one of the best hosts I’ve experienced with Airbnb! She was responsive and considerate, ensuring our stay was comfortable! The house itself is adorable and it’s clear Christine has put in a lot of work. The back patio and master bathroom were my favorite parts! The area was quiet and tucked away but super accessible, both by car and foot. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

I stayed here recently and had a really good experience. The RV was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The accommodations were comfortable—and the area was quiet, which made it easy to get a good night’s sleep. The outdoor seating area and fire pit made our evenings as a family memorable. There was a nice couch/table area with strong Wi-Fi, which made it easy to get some work done. I also appreciated the small touches like the Keurig, s’mores kit, and yard games. Dave was very friendly and helpful. Overall, it was a smooth and comfortable stay. I’d definitely consider coming back next time I’m in the area.

Perfect location! Unobstructed views of Lake Max from the 2 main bedrooms on the first floor and living space. Very close to town and not too far from the academy. I would rent this house again for the location and the views!
