Holiday rentals with a patio in Ulten

E' stata una bellissima sorpresa, un appartamento molto moderno con tutti i confort, abbiamo dormito in quattro usufruendo anche del divano letto (molto comodo). Riscaldamento a pavimento con un sistema di aerazione modernissimo, il salone ha una vetrata con vista monti stupenda ed una smart tv enorme, il bagno possiede una doccia walk in fantastica, la cucina è stata impeccabile con tutti gli strumenti necessari, inoltre Alois si è dimostrato un host davvero disponibile e tempestivo. Ci ritorneremo sicuramente.

Wir haben eine Woche bei Martina verbringen dürfen und waren mehr als zufrieden. Super gemütliche, akkurat saubere und einladende Wohnung die absolut den Preis wert ist. Die Kommunikation lief reibungslos und man hat sich sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Reinswald ist klein aber sehr sehr fein. Wer gerne wandert oder Ski fährt oder einfach mal die Seele baumeln lassen möchte ist hier bestens aufgehoben. Am Abend genießt man die Stille und den wunderbaren Ausblick von der tagsüber sonnigen Terrasse und und morgens wird man mit so schöner frischer Luft und Kuh Glocken geweckt. Unverwechselbar charismatisch. Wir bedanken uns noch einmal und wünschen alles alles Gute. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

We had an amazing time staying in Villanders. Karin was easy to communicate with and very welcoming. The farm area is beautiful and has great scenery from the balcony. We would recommend to staying here to anyone visiting the Dolomites!

We have stayed at a lot of air bnb’s and the most noteable thing that put Robert’s place ahead of the rest, besides the amazing view and beautiful property, was how welcoming and generous he was. In addition to great recommendations, he went the extra mile to greet us with a thoughtful basket of goodies upon arrival. The property was also impeccably stocked with everything you could possibly need from first aid kits, fully stocked kitchen, and extra toiletries making our stay comfortable and stress free. It is clear the host put a lot of care into creating a great experience for his guests. We highly recommend staying here and would love to come back!

Sehr zentrale gelegenes Appartement in dennoch ruhiger Umgebung. Die Ausstattung war super (leider gab es noch kein WLAN, kommt aber noch), es gab sogar eine Klimaanlage. Wir fühlen uns direkt wohl und Alyn war jederzeit erreichbar und antwortete super schnell. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

Wir waren für 8 Tage in der Wohnung und 3s hat uns an nichts gefehlt. AGI und Martin geben sich alle Mühe, daß man sich sehr wohl fühlt. Produktiv wurden wir schon einige Zeit vorher über mögliche Restaurants und Ausflugsziele informiert, und auch zwischendurch gab es immer wieder Tips. Nette Aufmerksamkeiten (Marmelade, frische Eier) und freundliche Hilfe haben uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Wohnung liegt 150 Meter von einer Bushaltestelle entfernt, mit dem Rad ist man in 5 Minuten im Zentrum von Meran. Fahrradunterbringung in einer Garage war super. Und für uns als E-Autofahrer war die hauseigene Wallbox auch sehr hilfreich. Rundum ein gelungener Aufenthalt!

Consiglio vivamente l'alloggio di Andrea. Pulizia impeccabile, appartamento ordinato e ottima posizione. Luogo tranquillo e ben collegato ad altre zone. Percorsi per trekking e bellissimi luoghi naturali da visitare come laghi e cascate. Host gentile e disponibile, ci siamo trovati benissimo da tutti i punti di vista.

Angelika a été une hôte incroyable. Elle nous a accueillit avec un grand sourire, son logement était d’une propreté irréprochable et la vue était à couper le souffle. Elle nous a donné des instructions et des conseils sur les choses à visiter. Le Airbnb est idéalement placé. Angelika a été une hôte également flexible elle nous a permit de partir à 12h avant notre départ plutôt qu’à 10h ce qui nous a beaucoup aidé après s’être levées assez tôt. Nous recommandons absolument son logement

Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt.

We stayed with my wife and toddler for 6 days. Loved the piece and quiet there. The view is just breathtaking, so it’s worth all the way up and downs. The place had everything and it was so clean, we really felt like home during our stay. The only thing we missed was a chair for the kid. Really recommend this place!

Wir haben die Tage in der Wohnung genossen. Alles war sehr neu und schön eingerichtet und der Ausblick auf die Berge ein Traum! Die Nachbarn im kleinen Ort waren sehr nett und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Claudia hat super kommuniziert und sich um alles gekümmert. Danke und bis bald!

Amazing stay with lovely hosts who did a great job of introducing me to the location and explaining how to best use the Airbnb. They provide so many little amenities in the apartment that truly make you feel comfortable and taken care of. My favorite part of the place was definitely the view from the balcony. Wish I had had more time to stay here, mil grazie Luciana!

Fantastic stay, location just as it looks online, clean, spacious and comfortable. Groceries nearby, cycling routes and buses. Beautiful view, definitely would recommend this place!

The most amazing place we have ever stayed, we cannot recommend Felix and Sabine's place anymore. We stayed here for a few days as we did different hikes in the Dolomites and was a perfect base. Within walking distance of bars and restaurants in Brixen. The house (and hottub) is fantastic, the kitchen was fully stocked and we felt like we were at home. We will be back!

Die Wohnung von Giuliana und Davide ist ganz bezaubernd. Das Bett ist sehr bequem und die Terrasse und der Balkon laden zum Verweilen ein. Die Unterkunft ist blitzsauber und sehr schön eingerichtet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit wieder kommen

Ci siamo trovati molto bene, la casa è davvero bella e in una posizione molto tranquilla, immersa in piantagioni di mele. Noi siamo andati con i cani quindi era una posizione ideale. La signora che ci ha accolto è stata davvero molto carina e gentile! Casa spaziosa, pulita e con tutto l’occorrente. Consigliato

Really lovely little base to explore the area from, we had a lovely time.

Ein 5-tägiger Aufenthalt in einem typischen Tiroler Bergdorf verspricht Erholung und Erlebnis zugleich. Umgeben von imposanten Alpenkulissen erlebt man hier die perfekte Mischung aus Natur, Kultur und herzlicher Gastfreundschaft. In der Region gibt es zahlreiche gut ausgeschilderte Wanderwege – von gemütlichen Panoramawegen bis zu anspruchsvollen Gipfeltouren. Zwischendurch laden urige Almhütten zur Einkehr ein. Auch kulturell hat die Umgebung viel zu bieten: historische Kirchen, kleine Museen und traditionelle Handwerksbetriebe geben Einblick in das Leben der Einheimischen. Ob man die Aussicht genießt, regionales Essen probiert oder einfach durch das malerische Dorf spaziert – Langeweile kommt hier garantiert nicht auf.

Great, clean, comfortable place. Would highly recommend. Only thing I wish was better was the online check in website didn’t function great for me and took me about 20 mins to get all my information and passports loaded.
