Beautiful stylish and cozy apartment, well-equipped kitchen. Uncomplicated communication, great area, lots of hiking opportunities, city and nature both just around the corner. The peace and quiet when you sit on the balcony and look out over the vineyards is very grounding, just the right place to recharge your batteries!

We have stayed at a lot of air bnb’s and the most noteable thing that put Robert’s place ahead of the rest, besides the amazing view and beautiful property, was how welcoming and generous he was. In addition to great recommendations, he went the extra mile to greet us with a thoughtful basket of goodies upon arrival. The property was also impeccably stocked with everything you could possibly need from first aid kits, fully stocked kitchen, and extra toiletries making our stay comfortable and stress free. It is clear the host put a lot of care into creating a great experience for his guests. We highly recommend staying here and would love to come back!

We had a lovely week. Gabi is an excellent host and the apartment is amazing- the best we have ever visited. The photos don't do it justice. The town is a short walk away, with lots of nice restaurants and shops. Recommend hiring a boat late in the afternoon and the local water sports are very convenient. Overall, hugely recommended!

The view from this apartment is breathtaking and what sold us on the place! My husband and I really enjoyed staying here and the luxurious touches. Very close to grocery stores, restaurants, hikes. Has all the necessities and is as shown in the pictures. There are other units beside and upstairs which made it less private however still a great stay overall.

Absolutely stunning destination and accommodation with everything you need and other luxuries! It exceeded all our expectations. We loved the sauna & jaccuzzi with a view at the terrace. Also really spacious and beautifully designed interior, plenty of small pretty details. We're so happy we chose this place, thank you 😍

The accommodation is much better than it looks in the photos. Angelika is very kind, the apartment is very spacious and very clean. It has all the utensils to be able to spend several days. The terrace has beautiful views and is very close to Ortisei. We recommend it.

Thanks to Martina we had a really wonderful week, a house really immersed in nature with a breathtaking view, for those looking for tranquility and excursions and the best house in which we have ever been equipped with all the comforts! We spent a wonderful week in this beautiful house in May 2025. As soon as you enter, you can feel how much love and taste the house has been furnished with. The modern furnishings leave nothing to be desired and everything is just as beautiful as it is promised in the pictures. The magnificent balcony and the whirlpool in particular gave us unforgettable moments of relaxation – we enjoyed the time there very much. The hosts also rounded off our stay perfectly: always available, warm and extremely helpful. We felt completely comfortable and will be happy to come back as soon as the path leads us back to this wonderful region

Throughly enjoyed my stay here and would highly recommend!! Beautiful and very clean home, recently renovated with modern design and quality finishings. Felt like a hotel. Amazing stay with lovely hosts who did a great job of introducing me to the location and explaining how to best use the Airbnb. They provide so many little amenities in the apartment that truly make you feel comfortable and taken care of. My favorite part of the place was definitely the view from the balcony. An amazing place to relax and get some rest! Beautiful surroundings, really peaceful. Airbnb is cozy, comfy and you feel at home! It’s definitely the best Airbnb I have ever been to and I am so glad that I ended up here for a whole week! Kitchen is well equipped, bedroom is comfortable and atmospheric, I was simply in LOVE!

The most amazing place we have ever stayed, we cannot recommend Felix and Sabine's place anymore. We stayed here for a few days as we did different hikes in the Dolomites and was a perfect base. Within walking distance of bars and restaurants in Brixen. The house (and hottub) is fantastic, the kitchen was fully stocked and we felt like we were at home. We will be back!

We stayed at this property for a week with our dog. It was perfect! We definitely want to vacation in this accommodation again sometime :) The accommodation was beautiful & perfect for us. The kitchen offers many possibilities to cook for yourself. The garden is also very well equipped, various seating/reclining options available and private (fence, etc.) The family who were our contact person on site, rounded off our holiday experience. They were always super helpful & accommodating. We felt very welcome! The family has its own dog. This is very sweet & got along very well with our dog :)

Ute's place was perfect, extremely clean, in a nice quiet location close to the city of Cortina. Her communication was excellent, and she has some great recommendations. The house has everything we needed for a 4 night stay to hike the surrounding trails. It was central to all the main hikes. We highly recommend Ute's location.

We felt comfortable in the apartment, which was high quality and very clean. The check-in and check-out was straightforward. Anna, who lives above the apartment, was always available and extremely nice. The house has 3 more apartments: 2 above this apartment and 1 to the right. The location of the house is quiet and the view of Lake Garda is really beautiful🤩. We had a relaxing week with a mix of cycling, boating and swimming in the lake. The accommodation is super nicely furnished, incredibly clean and modern. The location is very suitable for excursions in the Dolomites. The many recommendations for restaurants as well as the great amenities in the apartment rounded off the stay. Julia was very friendly, proactive and always responded very quickly. We will be back!

Ida was an impeccable, helpful, and responsive host right away. The apartment is wonderful: the kitchen, very clean, is equipped with every accessory, it is spacious, bright and cozy. The bathroom is impeccable with a bathtub as well as a shower (with shampoo and body soap). The towels are impeccable. The bedroom is spacious, with a very comfortable bed with super soft duvets. It felt like we slept under a cloud! Private parking in the back is very convenient. The entire apartment, even more beautiful in real life than in the photo, is very quiet, located in an adorable village and in a strategic position: a few steps from a supermarket, and just a ten-minute drive from Molveno. I definitely recommend this host and his place!
