Family-friendly holiday rentals in Ulten

Thanks so much for a great week! The apartment is super nice and as described! Carmen and her family were always there for us and offered us valuable tips and support. Especially great was the possibility to use the jacuzzi as well as to use the indoor swimming pool + sauna (highly recommended) in the AquaForum. Thank you very much and only recommended!!

An outstanding place to stay! It's huge and perfectly set up. The interior design is amazing, a great modern interpretation of traditional Tirolian style. The huge hot tub, which was ready to use when we arrived, and the Finnish sauna are amazing highlights.. The apartment is located in the center of the small town with stores, restaurants, and wonderful trails in easy walking distance. This stay was a special experiance that we will remember for a long time to come! 10 out of 10.

We rented Arthur's two large apartments with a total of 4 couples (2 kids). We had a great week! The apartments are very spacious and because each couple has their own bathroom, there was a lot of privacy! Also enough space in both apartments to dine/sit together with everyone. Walking distance to the slopes (tow lift Nives). There is storage space with heated elements for ski boots in the garage, but we chose to keep our belongings in the depot next to the ski lift. Within walking distance of the village, supermarket, restaurants, and so on. One of the bathrooms has been recently renovated, the photos show an old bathroom with bathtub, but this is now a very nice new bathroom. Arthur is a very friendly host, he is very responsive and very helpful. In short, we had a great week and booked again for next year!

We were there for hiking, mountain biking and, of course, exploring the city. It was awesome! The area is great for it and you can enjoy the beautiful big house and garden! We had 2 small Chihuahuas with us and it worked great. Shopping and a bar as well as a very good pizzeria are within walking distance. Otherwise, you should take the car and drive into the city. There is ample parking. We were also able to reach some lakes and attractions. It was worth it! We were on the road a lot, but we also enjoyed and appreciated the generosity of the house and host. Wow, wow, wow this place is so beautiful and magical. Views of the Dolomites straight out your window. Beautifully appointed cabin with everything you need. The spa and saunas are fantastic after a day of exploring this incredibly gorgeous part of our planet. Ilaria is the most welcoming host even offering fresh eggs and locally made cheese. This portion of our Italian holiday will remain etched in our memories forever.

The Villa was spacious and satisfied our expectations. The grounds are wonderful, walk to town enjoyable, and location serene and peaceful. Close enough for a drive to Lago de Garda and Verona, and the train station at Brescia made the day trip to Venezia splendid. We also ventured to bouldering country at Val Massino. The adult young men spent a lot of time at the ping pong table as well!!

We had an amazing stay! The apartment is beautiful and the surroundings are breathtaking! Judith is a fabulous host. We would love to come back one day!

Warm location. Very quiet - waterfall behind the house and mountain stream in the valley except :) ideal starting point for small hikes, right from the chalet, and excursions by car. we had sun almost all the time. could have breakfast outside on the lake terrace. The house itself is well equipped, with loving frills, good beds, fine kitchen.

We (2 adults + dog) spent a few nice days in Serena's house. The location is wonderfully quiet and we were able to unwind wonderfully. Communication with the landlady was smooth, friendly and fast, as was the check-in. The house has everything you need, the beds are comfortable and we lacked nothing. Conclusion: An absolute oasis of calm and 100% recommendation.

We spent a week in the Paola suite with our dog. We received a friendly welcome with delicious cake and many tips for our holiday. We lacked nothing. The surroundings are very quiet and beautiful. The only negative thing is that you always need the car to get to the lake and that on the typical, narrow mountain roads. But we felt very comfortable in the apartment and can only recommend it.

Host was very accommodating and made the stay comfortable. Home is situated in an incredible landscape with close proximity to skiing, which was the main reason for the stay. Would absolutely return.

What a special place…. We just loved everything about staying here for a month. It is a peaceful, secure and beautiful setting. Inside: absolutely everything you need for your stay, either short or long term. A light filled and comfortable lounge, great dining space and a very well equipped kitchen that had oils, dressings, spices, etc everything you require for home cooking. Upstairs is spacious and has plenty of wardrobe space. The master bedroom was very comfortable and plenty of spare bedding, sheets, towels etc.. great water pressure for shower, which is over the bath. Outside: this is where the magic happens! The patio… stunning views of the lake and Monte Isola, plenty of seating and a beautiful place to have breakfast, lunch and aperitivo. Beautiful rambling gardens and a gentle walk to the jetty for a swim in the lake. We would highly recommend Daniela’s home, where you will receive a very warm and friendly welcome. We look forward to returning x

We had a wonderful stay! Sabine was an excellent host—warm, welcoming, and always ready to help. The house is beautiful, with a peaceful water stream, Dolomite views and cozy seating areas on every balcony. We also loved spending time with the adorable cat and the friendly dog. A truly charming place in Nova Ponente!

The flat is spacious, comfortable and immaculately clean. It is located in a charming village at the foot of a medieval castle. A grocery shop is 5 minutes away on foot and a supermarket 10 minutes driving. If you have your own wheels it is a convenient location to explore the magnificent mountains around, Garda Lake etc. We didn't meet Giorgio but every thing went smoothly. I strongly recommend.

We had a really great time! Everything corresponded to the descriptions, the breakfast was flexible in time and completely sufficient and the area is beautiful! Lorena is really a kind-hearted person and has great recommendations to offer and was always helpful! The journey is actually a bit more difficult, but you will be staying in a special place! Thank you for the hospitality!

We both absolutely loved our stay in this wonderful apartment the view from the spacious balcony was truly outstanding .It is one of the best Airbnbs we have ever stayed In , Also I must mention the bedroom windows have mosquito nets which meant you could leave the window open at night . The accommodation was really just as described in the photos. We needed a quiet and beautiful apartment to work in and Sara's Cottage was just the thing for us. If we needed anything, Sara was easily accessible and helpful. We felt very comfortable and would love to come back :).

This is a great apartment,everything is there and plenty of it.

Of all the locations I have stayed around the Garda lake in Italy, this residence deserves a 10 out of 10! It is one of my best -if not the best- reservations I have made in all my travels. The apartment itself as well as the allround building and garden were super clean (yes, even the spaces you would suggest it is not), very spacious and everything is very well thought of; the layout, facilities, etc. This place stands out in everything. Communication with the owner was very fast, super friendly and very helpful. I have a great respect for what he accomplished with his apartments. We will return to this place next time we will visit the Garda lake.

Francesca was a delightful host. We enjoyed talking with her when we checked in and she made our entire stay easy and enjoyable. The apartment was perfect for us. It had all of the necessities and is located right in the center of town. Francesca also made some restaurant recommendations.

We spent a week with Patrick and Nina and felt very comfortable. Both are very friendly and helpful. The accommodation is very secluded in nature, perfect for relaxing. A highlight was the nature pool. The small apartment is well equipped, the bathroom could be renovated. As everywhere in nature, you should not be afraid of spiders. A car is absolutely needed, it takes almost 30 minutes to Bolzano (15 km). We definitely recommend the place and would be happy to come back.
