We had a lovely stay. The house is just as advertised in the photos. There is plenty of parking space. The property is on a main road but it quiets down at night and you can’t hear much from the house. There are grocery stores nearby and the kitchen has basic supplies for cooking. Comfortable beds and nice bathrooms.

We had the best weekend at the house with our two young children and dog. We loved the house, we loved exploring the property and close by water. We couldn't be closer to town. I can't wait to go back again!

I am so glad that I made the last minute decision to change my reservation at an area hotel and stay at Bixby’s! The house is full of charm, the room was comfortable, and Bixby and Paul were extremely gracious hosts. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

A Perfect Getaway with Breathtaking Views! I recently had the pleasure of staying at this stunning house, and it was an unforgettable experience! The views of the mountains and reservoir were truly breathtaking—each morning, I awoke to scenery that left me in awe. The house itself was spacious, impeccably clean, and well-equipped with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. My favorite spot was the outdoor deck, ideal for savoring a morning coffee and watching the sunset in the evening. The location offered the best of both worlds—secluded enough to provide tranquility, yet conveniently close to the Ashokan Trail, Bread Alone, and Woodstock. I thoroughly enjoyed exploring the area and immersing myself in nature. Deibe was incredibly accommodating and responsive, ensuring that my stay was seamless. If you’re seeking a peaceful retreat with spectacular views, this house is the perfect choice. I can’t wait to return! Adam

We had a great time staying at Joann’s place! We came here with a group of friends from college and it was a perfect spot to hang out, play board games and a not far from some great hikes (would highly recommend Kaaterskill Falls Laurel House trail). The hot tub is great and the backyard is an awesome place to hang out. Joann was super communicative and responsive and went above and beyond to help with any issues as they arose. Would highly recommend her to anyone!

What a wonderful respite! Casey's home is perfect this time of year, with gorgeous local hiking, restaurants a short drive away, and breathtaking views right outside of the kitchen window! The area was very quiet and peaceful, the property has a creek in the back yard that is private and serene, a wonderful place to meditate and get grounded. The kitchen is recently renovated and has beautiful fixtures, it was actually very fun to cook here! I look forward to coming back with a larger group of loved ones, I know we'll have a wonderful time!

We enjoyed our stay so much that I booked another night for the following weekend. The place is simple and beautiful. Secluded, surrounded by a pine forest, with a cozy meadow. The house has everything you need. While we were having dinner, a deer mama and her little Bambi were grazing right outside the windows. A wonderful experience in every way.

We had such a lovely weekend staying in this cozy cabin. The views of the river and ridge from the yard were beautiful and calming. We were able to have a late check out with ease! Definitely will be back to stay again!

Brendan’s place was wonderful and he was an amazing host. He was helpful and proactive and provided excellent recommendations. He went out of his way to make us feel at home, but never felt intrusive. I can’t recommend staying here highly enough!

We have been there twice for 3 nights and we couldn’t be more happy. Mr. Colucci is very welcoming,helpful and accommodating. The apt has a well furnished kitchen,wash and dryer and a wonderful jacuzzi,anything you need for a comfortable stay. Very close to the river (perfect for fly fisherman) and the village of Phoenicia where you can find stores,restaurants and bars...very convenient. We’d definitely recommend it. Enrico.

We rented out the cabin for the Memorial Day weekend and we had a blast. Maria is a kind and gracious host and helped us feel right at home. The cabin was very comfortable and the fireplace was a nice added touch. In addition, the speaker set up was excellent and we were able to stream music throughout our trip. Hoping to be back soon!

We had the most amazing stay here! It was 5 mins from Belleayre Mtn and perfect for our ski weekend. The home is beautiful and the photos truly don’t do it justice. Clean and fully stocked with all linens and everything you could need! Highly recommend!!!
