The apartment was absolutely lovely for a long weekend stay in Kingston. I traveled solo and felt safe in the house and neighborhood. The apartment was well stocked with coffee, cooking supplies, soap and linens - everything I needed for the weekend including some extras. I genuinely appreciated all of the thoughtful details in the space that helped make it comfortable and efficient. Highly recommend for a solo traveler or couple of friends looking for a fun getaway!

Very clean, and well furnished including full kitchen with everything you need and plenty of linens & toiletries in the bathroom. Quiet neighborhood; parking is along the street but it’s a quiet street and there is plenty of room. There’s stackable washer & dryer with laundry soap. The bed was very comfortable. The neighborhood is full of lovely old architecture (stores, homes and churches); was once a working class neighborhood but now being restored and touristy. Safe and walkable with the riverfront and restaurants 2-3 blocks away. I highly recommend Nina’s place and would stay again.

Genuinely one of the most charming and delightful airbnbs I’ve ever stayed in! Julian was super communicative and he gave us plenty of suggestions for places to explore in the area. We will definitely be back!

The apartment is so welcoming and simple. You feel at home with lots of space and windows and warm use of new and old woods. Fun ceramics and wonderful kitchen table as the center of things. We would definitely recommend staying here and hope to come back ourselves next time we’re visiting Kingston.

I booked this airbnb for a friend who was visiting town. She said it was all around 5 stars! Quiet, clean, great location, and lots of space.

Diana is warm and accessible. That is a gift. And, it is such a special place- the sounds of birds and rustling leaves in the trees- and forest you see from every window. Its a touch of a drive but so worth it. Everything is in perfect condition and Diana's taste in color, texture and art is elegant- yet simple, mildly rustic, and still- old charm. It is private and safe. I know I will be back there one day. It was like a retreat!

We loved our stay at this cozy spot just a quick drive out of downtown new paltz. Perfect launching spot for hikes or the town and ideal for a morning coffee on the patio. Angela was responsive and accommodating.

Was perfect for us we needed a 1 nite stay with our dog. Quiet clean peaceful Comfortable. Cute town , close to where we were visiting. Would stay here again.

My husband and I was there for a few days to help out our Farmers friends….. It was a restful weekend and very comfortable.

Beautiful property and unique farmhouse. The grounds were well kept and Whitney was welcoming and accommodating. We sipped coffee in the garden terrace in the mornings and enjoyed a glass of wine in the evenings. Highly recommend, wonderful spot!

Check in was easy and was actually available an hour before listed time. Parking, as promised, right beside the apartment. Apartment itself was spacious and cute. Had everything we needed. And is right above the pub. Some people may not like the idea of being situated above a pub, but not me. The closer the pub, the better. And this one's worth checking out. And the apartment location is perfect. A 40 second walk and you're in the town. Great weekend. We'd go back.

Gabriela’s place is close to town, the rail trail and the overall vibe is peaceful. There are a ton of helpful notes and she has everything that you will need. It was very quiet and cozy. We are looking forward to returning. Highly recommend!

Savannah’s place was great! Easy to access and parking was a breeze. We were able to walk to get coffee in the morning and were centrally located to drive to other parts of the Catskills!

The property is very close to some key places we wanted to visit, Beacon (great town), family, easy to get to the city or tour around the Hudson Valley area. This was a wonderful, comfortable apartment with a nice backyard area, close to the train station and a very short drive to Vassar College. A lovely spot to enjoy exploring the Hudson Valley from! The hosts are communicative, had a bottle of wine waiting for us, and everything was very clean. They were also kindly flexible about adjusting our check in time. Thank you for a great stay!

Nice place. As country people the parking was confusing, but doable. Had trouble getting in at first but Kristine was able to get it figured out within a half hour. As noted on some other reviews, there is a lot road noise, but that's to be expected for the area. No surprises with the place. Everything is as listed. It was great to see all the extra pillows and blankets that were available!

We had a wonderful stay at this well-located house in the heart of beautiful Saugerties. The home was spotless, situated right across from the serene frozen lake. Our kids especially enjoyed the arcade games. We highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area.

Daniel is an incredible host and the space far exceeded any expectations. I loved the attention to detail, the cleanliness, and the bathroom was next level. Right at the base of belleayre mountain which is great for anyone looking to ski. Would definitely recommend.

Perfect Snowboarding Getaway! I rented this lovely home for a weekend snowboarding trip, and I couldn't be happier with my choice. The location is incredibly convenient, just a short drive from Belleayre, making it easy to hit the slopes. The home was exactly as described—cozy and comfortable, providing the perfect retreat after a day of snowboarding. Carol was a fantastic host; she was very responsive to any inquiries, and the check-in process was seamless. I had no issues during my stay and can't think of any complaints. I highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a great place to stay while enjoying winter sports. Will definitely be back!

Responsive host, with a conveniently-located rental suite close to amenities. Kingston has trains running in this general area throughout the night so VERY light sleepers might want to choose their location carefully, but al of us slept well. Overall a great experience!

Great accommodation with an excellent location to explore all of New Paltz’s downtown restaurants and shops as well as numerous hiking trails. Rick and Cindy were friendly and accommodating! Would recommend to anyone traveling to New Paltz looking for a cozy stay that’s centrally located. Thank you!
