Wonderful space to spend time in.. Extra cozy and quiet. Easy walk to several stores/resaurants.. Appreciate the large Televisions as it was March Madness/Basketball time, so that was a nice plus that you dont find in some places. Overall it was extremely pleasant stay for myself and my Girlfriend for a long weekend..

We had a perfect weekend at Nadia’s house. The house was extremely well-styled, comfortable, and cozy. The multiple decks overlooking the river were beautiful, and we spent an entire day enjoying the sunshine, then the sunset, then a fire at night, all overlooking the water. It was extremely quick and easy to get an Uber into Kingston for a dinner out, and aside from that we felt no reason to leave the property. We hope to come back soon!

The perfect stay for horse showing at HITS! My only hesitation in writing this review is that I didn't want anyone else to know about this place for future horse shows! ;) An excellent place to stay with above and beyond amenities, easy check in and great for traveling with a dog. Will absolutely be back!

We always stay at Little Willow when we go skiing at Belle Ayre. I think our three years and running relationship with the house tell you all you need to know about working with the Little and Littler gang and their spot.

The house was beautiful and my family loved it. The swingset outside and the toys inside kept my kids occupied and happy the whole time. The house is very kid friendly which was great for us. The house is right by the lake and we were able to go fishing and even use the kayak. We had a very peaceful stay and would definitely come again.

The apartment was the perfect weekend getaway for my partner and I. We were able to take full advantage of all the great amenities - grill, hot tub, fire pit and a big yard for the pups! The bed and washer/dryer were also a nice plus. Kim was extremely responsive and the perfect host. All in all, we loved our stay and already want to plan our next trip back!

Really a beautiful, peaceful escape. Easy drive to so many adventures! Hot tub while listening to the creek... chef's kiss. Just be prepared for mosquitos, wow. But there was bug spray and citronella candles to help.

The cottage is an absolute gem! It is in a beautiful location and the space is nurturing and comfortable. The star room and outdoor area add a special element as well. I look forward to staying again in the future.

We had a Heavenly stay at Alex’s place. His home is clean and well stocked with all the amenities. The neighborhood is lovely with very peaceful surroundings. We especially enjoyed our walk and morning coffee to the sounds of birds and facing the beautiful greenery and lake! Alex was kind to allow an early check in. Overall a wonderful stay!

This was our second visit to this charming cottage and it did not disappoint. Amitai is a wonderful host. He reached out after our check-in to make sure all was well, which it was. The cottage is charming, and the surrounding countryside is gorgeous. Our favorite spot at the cottage is the screened in porch that overlooks a small pond. At night there was a chorus of frogs that was sublime. Minnewaska State Park is a short drive away which we loved! There were a few grass cutters and lawn mowers interrupting the quiet which was unfortunate, but when they stopped the peace and quiet returned, and we were happy.

This was so charming & cozy, while also being conveniently close to nature nails & downtown Woodstock. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay & would recommend!

My mother and I recently stayed at Consuelo's cottage. We stayed here a few times before. Everything is easy about the check in/check out process. Her house is spotless and comfortable. Beautifully decorated with everything you could need in the kitchen, bathroom and living room, etc. and free of extraneous clutter, so you can really make yourself at home and feel like it's "yours" for the time you are there. Beds are very comfy and bedding was superb. There are nice mini-splits in the bedrooms and other rooms, so you can adjust the temperature as needed, and there are plenty of sitting areas, tables and chairs as well as a nice big island in the kitchen for hanging out around. We loved sitting on the nice deck out back and watching birds and bunny rabbits in the back yard! Of course the location is super easy for hiking at Minnewaska and the surrounding areas. All in all- definitely worth your time and money- highly recommend! Also, Consuelo is lovely, helpful and accommodating.

I absolutely loved this place. Extremely simple and clean, yet has everything you could need. Ana and Peter were communicative and kind hosts. I will stay here again any chance I get!

Our stay was great. Super clean abode in a very tranquil setting—woke up to birds chirping! Host was very responsive to our several questions. All in all a good visit, and we would stay there again!

This was our second stay here. Once again it felt like a home away from home. We were looking for quiet peacefulness. I loved being able to have coffee on the porch, breakfast at the table and wine at the firepit. For a small, cozy place there were several places to sit and relax. The house is tucked away but also convenient to get to places to visit. Mack has a binder that lists places to visit or to eat. That's very helpful. We will definitely return! Carol

Cute house in the Catskills! Close drive to Tannersville, Hunter - for restaurants. Very close to trailhead for Devils Path and Kaaterskill. Clean, comfortable, and for just the two of us, plenty of space!

The stay at Ashlie’s was just perfect. The cabin is so intimate and secluded, but very close to everything you might wanna check out! Ashlie was very friendly, I would definitely stay again!!

We enjoyed our stay in this house. It is quaint and peaceful. Marc is a great host. The view in the backyard is nice and has a perfect spot to sit and relax. The house is small but accommodates two people nicely.

the location was incredible! We enjoyed walking the 50 feet into town for cute shops and boutiques. Ann had a great list in the house of restaurant recommendations that we found very helpful. Pictures do not capture the charm and coziness of this home, it is a very special property. the backyard was gorgeous and large also and we could hear a waterfall in the distance. We loved our little mountain getaway and will definitely stay here when we return to Woodstock.

Although there is a lot to do within a short distance (hiking, bars, etc..), I chose this place specifically for the fenced in pool area. Coming from a NYC apartment with a dog and no outdoor space, this was exactly what I was looking for and better than expected. My dog was able to roam freely the entire day while we relaxed and lounged out by the pool or sat on the patio furniture by the fireplace that was completely covered and shaded. Richard's place did not disappoint!

This was the best AIRBNB I've stayed at! Margarette and family were friendly, quick to respond and just delightful people. The house was fully equipped. They thought of everything! Everything exceeded my expectations. We cannot wait to go back.

As always, Heidi’s place was wonderful! We are repeat renters, and Heidi’s home never disappoints. It is the perfect cozy cottage! Even when I initially booked the wrong weekend, Heidi had no problem helping me switch, seamlessly, to the weekend that worked for us. She is always available, and responds immediately if you have questions. We look forward to being here again next year!

R’s place restored our faith in beautiful and affordable air bnbs! We said numerous times during our stay that we would definitely be back. The setting was so beautiful and the outdoor spaces were incredibly enjoyable, especially with our dog. R’s kitchen is the best and super well stocked so we enjoyed many meals in. This place did not disappoint and we cannot wait to go back!
