Mr. Armağan is a very kind and thoughtful host, everything in the house was thoughtfully considered and prepared. It was also very kind of him to call to get our feedback and comments. It was a beautiful house that we would want to go to again and again.

It is a very nice place in terms of location, a quiet and beautiful place away from the noise. The only thing I see missing is the glass and spoon and fork, there are few, other than that, there is nothing negative, I would like to stay again

We loved staying here, so many restaurants and the beach in walking distance, plus the riverside. The house was super clean and spacious, and the local contact people at check in were friendly and flexible

The host, Mr. Kaan, was so interested in us that he answered all my questions from the beginning of the process, and when we went, he welcomed us with a friendly and all hospitality:) I can say that our holiday was literally a fairy tale. We came here from Izmir for this perfect house and peace corner:) Everything in this villa, which is located in the forest, has been thought out to the finest detail, that you can just take your clothes and leave when you come here because you think this is also what you think :) This house offers a complete luxury and comfort area in front of a perfect view. The silence in nature gives peace of mind. We had a very nice holiday to escape the noise of the city. The only sound is the sounds of trees and birds:) The pool with a view is wonderful. I would definitely recommend it for those who would prefer luxury and comfort. My family and I left here happily. We'll be back at the first opportunity. We didn't want to leave this fairytale villa:) We already miss it :) An unforgettable memory for us

Thank you Ms. Ebru and Ms. Esin for their hospitality. Our time in the garden was extremely pleasant and peaceful. The interior of the house was clean and convenient. The moments we spent by the fireplace were a pleasure. The way to get home can be a little tricky, but the view of the location was worth it. Those who want to relax can comfortably stay here. Thank you so much for everything. At our next visit, there was a place to stay that we would prefer without looking for another place:)

For the first time, I booked an apartment online, frankly, I was having trouble with trust. But when I really went, the people who served were friendly and the apartment was very close to everything. Beach, market, etc. Transportation was very convenient for us. It was very clean where we stayed was a plus, a small and cute place where we felt like we were in our home. It was a magnificent accommodation experience that instantly made me forget all the negativity I experienced during my previous stay in Muğla. There are not many options in the center of Muğla and what happens is incredibly bad. But Ms. Nejla's house is incredibly clean, tidy and made our stay for 6 people impeccable. Ms. Nejla is a very caring, very polite, friendly, incredibly hospitable host. I'm so happy to know her. The beauty of her home, the cleanliness also made our stay unforgettable. Don't hesitate to stay here at all. Accommodate more than you should in a home in nature, it's a pleasant place with a capacity to accommodate even your large group. Good and lovely place

Very spacious villa and a clean & large pool. The host was really attentive to our needs and provided us with satellite TV and WiFi modem on demand. Location wise, it is a bit uphill and 10 min walk away from the beach.

We had an extremely good communication with Mr. Umuthan. He responded to our questions extremely quickly. We had a nice holiday. Thank you very much.

Host was brilliant, check in was swift. The apartment was spotless and clean, only downside was a strong smell of smoke but could be from previous guests. Host recommend places to get food and offered to print my boarding pass. The house was quite warm, ac on full blast wasn’t enough to cool it. Good stay and nice area with good host.

the best accomodation in Marmaris!

This beautiful house is something for eyes and soul. Great carving, lovingly decorated, surrounded by flowers, overlooking the sea or olive trees from the windows. We enjoyed staying in it very much. The pool was serviced every day and was crystal clear. You can walk to the beaches, about 20-30 minutes, but we had small children with us and preferred to drive a few minutes by car. Especially recommended are the restaurants on the river, which are within walking distance of the property. Aysen is a warm host who helped us a lot with every issue. If we asked her for advice (my brother-in-law got sick), she was there for us immediately. It may be important to know that the sleeping areas can only be reached via a set of stairs that could be challenging for the elderly who are wobbly on their feet. That wasn't an issue for us, though. We will be happy to come back!

It was a perfect stay experience for🤩 4 of us and the house was perfect in every way. Especially the large pool and the view were really breathtaking, the garden was bigger than it looked, we drank coffee against the view in the morning, it was a pleasure to have a barbecue by the pool at noon and cool off in the pool in the evening. The house was very clean and comfortable. Ms. Bedriye was available at any time, caring and friendly; she helped us with everything. An ideal place to relax and have a good time. We recommend it to everyone with peace of mind, we have already started planning the next summer vacation 🤩😇

It was a wonderful head holiday with nature. Me and my wife are a couple who love nature, so this holiday was so nice to us in spirit and body. It was great to have breakfast with natural fresh eggs from the poultry house in the morning. The host's local coffee treat made us feel very special. Daily cleaning of the pool was very good in terms of hygiene. The size of the garden and the fact that the pool is not visible from the outside and the garden is not visible from the outside took note from us in its natural environment. The house has a very suitable structure among families with children. It's definitely a business we can choose when we have kids. Host provided instant dessert whenever we called very polite communication. Thanks again to him for his attention. We were very pleased with all of the sea restaurant cafe recommendations about the environment. In the meantime, the kitchen utensils were more than enough and sparkling clean. There's no need to eat outside, you might say. Thanks to this holiday, where we felt very special, we engraved the zemheri villa in our memory as our 2nd house. We look forward to the next holiday. Very lovely and cozy house , cute garden and pool , our family really enjoyed it. House is very clean and clutter free. Mr. Tahsin Was very friendly gave us great recommendations, be sure to ask him for beach recommendations, but you will need a car, you can reach beaches , market , Akyaka and so on in 15 - 30 min depending on place. Nearby village have bakery, grocery , vegetable market to get all necessary items. Thank you for hosting us, look forward to visit again.

great host great place

We stayed in Akyaka for 7 days during the holiday holiday. From the attitude and interest of Aras Bey to the location of the house and the beauty of the house, everything was perfect. The house was also lovely and spotlessly clean as it looked in the photos. We loved the amenities of the house. There is everything you might think in the house. We went into the pool almost every night and had an enjoyable holiday. If you are coming to Akyaka, absolutely stay here for sure. The location is also great and almost everywhere is within walking distance. Mr. Aras is a very interested host, he always asked for our status, he was interested and helpful. If we were to come back, we would definitely like to stay here.
