I stayed in Marmaris for the ultra trail, and the experience was great. The host was responsive, kind, and easy to communicate with. The apartment was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. A perfect place to relax after a busy day.

What a beautiful home. It’s in a complex with the local community which gives it a unique feel. Goksel met me outside the accommodation as it was late in the evening by the time I arrived from the airport. I already had instructions on how to enter the apartment but meeting me was so lovely. The apartment itself is pristine and furnished fabulously. The grounds are lovely and kept very well maintained. Restaurants, bars and the beach are all within an easy walking distance. I will definitely be booking here again as the hosts are so lovely and the area is a fantastic place to explore from.

Mert and his aunt who helped us during our stay were very friendly and responsive hosts. The place was fully equipped and some missing items provided immediately. The supermarket is very close within a 5 minute walk. And beach is also very close but you should definetely visit other beaches around Marmaris and Datça as well.

Mr. Murat and his team were extremely kind and caring. The house is convenient and has a great view. It is definitely recommended for a Marmaris holiday.

I am very happy we chose to stay here. The home and surrounding were beautiful. The host family were very friendly and welcoming. The view from the balcony was a real highlight. Even though the village is small their are market shops just 100m away where it is easy to get food/drink. Very close to some amazing beaches and view points. Would stay again. Would recommend. Great Value.

Mr. Necati and his wife were really nice. They helped with everything, no matter the time, thank you so much. The pool is really good in the room we stayed in, and the hot tub was perfect. We are really pleased with the location close to the grocery stores and the gas station. Thanks again.

First of all, dear Ms. Keziban and her husband were very friendly and kind people. We had a very nice stay. The house was clean, the air conditioners were working efficiently. The beds and pillows were very comfortable, we felt like we were at home. The location was beautiful, you can reach İçmeler Beach in 10 minutes on foot. There is a delicious pita shop under the house, we had dinner there every evening. Again, there are many markets in front of and near the house, you can easily access everything. Buses pass in front of the house, you can go to Marmaris center. In short, we had a very nice holiday, we had no problems. Will we come again? We will. Thank you for having us🙏

Very nice host and the place to stay in Marmaris! Amazing location 15-20 mins to the centre of Marmaris, nice walk by the beach! Cozy apartment, and terrace as well! Very much recommended!!

Everything was spotless, there is already air conditioning on the upper floor, but it was natural cool due to the fact that the structure was a stone wall. The location was close to everything we needed. Thank you for a hotel we will prefer again

Positive aspects; The house was exactly as it appeared in the photos. The whole place was super clean. The pool was well-maintained and lovely. The garden was very beautiful, we even picked fresh onions and added them to the dishes. The towels and beds were very clean. When you woke up in the morning, the birdsong was peaceful. It was very nice to have a fireplace and a barbecue. It was in a very safe position. Negative aspects; The lock system of a sun lounger was broken. It got stuck in my hand and my finger was seriously damaged. The hot tub's jet didn't work. There was almost no internet connection. Areas open to development; The area between the pool and the vegetables is very empty. You can add or animate something there. There is noise as construction continues in the villas next door. It can be preferred after the construction is finished. The carpet in the living room can be changed, there are stains, it is disturbing. My advice to those who will come by navigation is to come to Göcek and take the back road. When you enter from Dalaman, the road is incredibly bad. Apart from all these, it is a place that should be preferred and visited easily.

We had a pleasant holiday in Villa Solmaz. The house was spacious, airy and really clean, which made us very comfortable. The garden was quite beautiful, but this situation causes you to encounter flies and bees from time to time. The location of the house is far from the sea, but if you have a car, it's no problem. Even if you don't have a car, Ms. Solmaz is very helpful in every matter. In addition, the opportunity to buy fresh vegetables from the greenhouses in the vicinity was a separate beauty. I recommend it for those who want a peaceful holiday in nature. In short, I think it is the right choice for those looking for a peaceful and quiet holiday

a lovely Villa which had everything we needed. Andy, the host and his wife Karren are so helpful and responsive and they made our holiday a memorable one.

We had an absolutely lovely time staying here. It was a perfect home away from home and a great base for us to take little day trips around the region. The courtyard and common spaces of the complex had beautiful flowers and the restaurant by the pool was so handy. Speaking of, the PS5 was great to have on rainy days! Hakan was a wonderful host, always responsive and very helpful.

We had a great vacation Mr. Enver and Ms. Adile were very friendly and very interested. They were very interested in everything. Having a pool is a great advantage for families with children like us. The rooms are clean and our breakfast was very good. Our address is now clear to stay in Dalyan. I would recommend it to anyone.

What really stood out, though, was the incredible hospitality of the host - Ms. Müjgan. My flight was unexpectedly delayed, and the host graciously allowed me to stay later without any additional charge, which was a huge relief. This kind of flexibility and kindness made my experience even more enjoyable. I can’t recommend this place enough—perfect location, excellent communication, and outstanding service. I’ll definitely be back!

The host, Ms. İlkay and Mr. Arif, were extremely understanding, helpful and friendly people. The house was immaculately clean and had everything you needed. It was very ideal for crowded families.
