Ms. Suna and Mr. Ahmet are really very friendly and very helpful. The house is as it appears in the photos; it is immaculately clean and the transportation is also very comfortable. It's nice to have air conditioning in every room.

The home was roomy and had everything we needed for our stay and remote work. The home is in a quaint village off the main highway, surrounded by farms. There is a nice swimming pool to cool off. You definitely need a car to get anywhere from the location. We enjoyed our stay.

We had a 3-night stay. The location of the house is very nice, you can be in Akyaka in 10 minutes. The neighborhood is quiet, the garden is very spacious, the house is beautifully decorated and it was quite sufficient for 5 people. Our host responded to our questions very quickly, and it was quite easy to find the house. We also went with our dog, our host is a pet lover. Amazing peaceful clean apartment with air conditioner in every room. Everything smelled great. We had our breakfast in balcony and were surrounded by lemon trees. So nice and peaceful!

We loved staying here, so many restaurants and the beach in walking distance, plus the riverside. The house was super clean and spacious, and the local contact people at check in were friendly and flexible

We were very happy with the stay. The one with the garden had a table and chairs. The interior of the house was large, tidy and complete. There was a Turkish coffee machine, filter coffee machine, kettle and all kinds of kitchenware. The garden was cleaned every day. They even suggested a place where we could leave our belongings until we checked in on the first day. If we come back, we'd definitely like to stay.

We had such a sweet night that me and my friends at home. The location is just a 5-minute walk away from the road if you want to walk in the perfect sea. The house was nice and the host was very sweet and friendly. Although you were there much earlier than we expected, they provided flexible check-in for us. Everything was perfect. All the staff were very friendly. The rooms were exactly as shown in the photos, very artistic. The hotel also has a great ambience, nice pool, nicely decorated seating areas.

I cannot recommend Veronika’s place enough. From the moment we booked she was responsive and helpful. The apartment itself was SPOTLESS when we arrived and had absolutely EVERYTHING we could possibly need. The location, interior and amenities were second to none. At the beginning of my stay I accidentally smashed a glass, I told Veronika and she was very understanding, asking more about my welfare than the broken item. She is a very kind woman and an extremely attentive host. The location of the apartment could not be better, we were so happy with it. After a long flight, we arrived late at night. Waiting for us was a 6 pack of water and some nuts. Exactly what we needed after a long journey. Veronika’s place is the BEST Airbnb we have ever stayed at. I will 100000% be returning and if you’re thinking of booking I couldn’t recommend it enough. We had a great stay, couldn't recommend more. The apartment has everything (though kitchen equipment is very basic) and it is big, which was great because we had our 8 months old daughter with us, and she could just crawl around on the floor. They also provided a baby bed for her. The area is quiet but in walking distance to everything (15 minutes to the beach, less than five minutes to nearest cafes/restaurants and shops). The garden is small, but very nice and the swimming pool is pretty big. Mert was always responsive and his caretaker on the premises was so nice and gave us lots of good recommendations. Içmeler is a nice, small-ish resort town; you'll have better beaches and less tourists at the smaller towns further down the coast, but Içmeler is easier to reach, close to the much bigger Marmaris and have many options for food, etc. It is also very quiet and family friendly.

Situated in the old town of Marmaris this property is stunning the views over the marina are outstanding The property itself is very cosy well decorated and maintained to a high standard everything that you need for your stay is there three maybe four terraces available all with stunning views , easy access to the marina within 5mins walk , 5 mins walk to everywhere perfect location thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend

We were a group of 4. The apartment suited us very well. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed (right down to parchment paper for baking and storage containers for leftovers) to cook on the nights we ate in. The pool is amazing. I have already recommended Hakki's listing to my Izmir and Ankara friends.

We had a great vacation Mr. Enver and Ms. Adile were very friendly and very interested. They were very interested in everything. Having a pool is a great advantage for families with children like us. The rooms are clean and our breakfast was very good. Our address is now clear to stay in Dalyan. I would recommend it to anyone.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this place! The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. What really stood out, though, was the incredible hospitality of the host - Ms. Müjgan. My flight was unexpectedly delayed, and the host graciously allowed me to stay later without any additional charge, which was a huge relief. This kind of flexibility and kindness made my experience even more enjoyable. I can’t recommend this place enough—perfect location, excellent communication, and outstanding service. I’ll definitely be back!
