Location house everything was just great !

It was a perfect stay experience for🤩 4 of us and the house was perfect in every way. Especially the large pool and the view were really breathtaking, the garden was bigger than it looked, we drank coffee against the view in the morning, it was a pleasure to have a barbecue by the pool at noon and cool off in the pool in the evening. The house was very clean and comfortable. Ms. Bedriye was available at any time, caring and friendly; she helped us with everything. An ideal place to relax and have a good time. We recommend it to everyone with peace of mind, we have already started planning the next summer vacation 🤩😇

Everything was very nice, Akyaka is 10 minutes by car, close to many beaches, a quiet, peaceful place and the house was clean, we were 7 people and it was very comfortable, there were no insects in the house, the garden is very nice to spend time.

Wonderful stay! The location was perfect with breathtaking sea views. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything needed for cooking. Had a fantastic host—responsive, kind, and checked in on us several times to make sure everything was going well. Highly recommend!

It truly felt like home. The location of the house, the garden, the balcony, the view, the cleanliness, the decoration, the fact that every detail was considered gave a much better experience than we expected. The view is even more beautiful than it looks in the photos, the terrace and garden are so pleasant that we did not want to leave the house:) Beyond these, you feel more like family than customers with the kindness, thoughtfulness and hospitality of Mr. Ali and his family. With all their sincerity and smile, we were very touched by the treats of their own gardens and farewell with flowered water behind us while saying goodbye. We will definitely come back again. A lot more than an airbnb:))

This villa we stayed in was really wonderful in every sense. It was far beyond our expectations with its detached nature, its location in touch with nature and its clean environment. A specially designed house with every detail in mind, it has everything you need for a peaceful and comfortable vacation. It offers a complete resting area with its garden, silence and spacious structure. The host was also extremely caring and welcoming. Akyaka is not crowded, but it is very easy to reach when we want. We also liked that Akçapınar is very close to great restaurants. You can choose it with your eyes closed, we loved it! We will definitely come again:)

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful villa in Dalian, Turkey. The villa is modern, spacious, and features a stunning private swimming pool—perfect for relaxing in a peaceful setting. What makes this location truly special is its proximity to remarkable historical landmarks, including the ancient Lycian rock tombs just across the nearby Dalyan River. While the villa itself is contemporary, being so close to these impressive 2,000-year-old tombs and surrounded by natural beauty made the experience unforgettable. The serene river views and the chance to explore the fascinating archaeological sites nearby added a unique cultural dimension to my holiday. Highly recommended for anyone wanting a comfortable stay with easy access to history, nature and boat trips.

Everything was excellent and very clean. The host was very kind and friendly, and the place has a very beautiful atmosphere.

The villa is beautifully designed and elegantly decorated with privacy and comfort. From the moment we arrived we were captivated by the stunning views.. the villa offers panoramic vista of lush greenery and the Mediterranean Sea. Waking up to the sunrise and watching sunset was absolutely magical ! One of the many highlights is the infinity pool .. the temperature perfect and surrounded by blissful nature ! We used the modern. Kitchen . Equipped with all modern appliances. And lovely to cook in. ! The terrace was FABULOUS! We ate outside and played games. .. enjoying the ping pong. Table and other fun games .. the beds. Were DIVINE .. with perfect temperatures in the bedroom. With fresh air Or AC . The bathrooms. ? Indescribable ! Amazing! Huge marble vaulted bathrooms with rain showers equipped. To make you feel like a princess ( or prince. ) We were a family of 9. Traveling together with our 89 year mom. And this villa was truly beyond ALL of our expectations!

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful villa! The accommodation was very clean, stylishly furnished and perfectly equipped – we lacked nothing. The private garden and the pool were absolute highlights: ideal for relaxing, sunbathing and cooling off, in peace and without prying eyes. We particularly liked that everything was exactly as described - even more beautiful. The location was quiet, but supermarkets and excursion destinations were easily accessible by car. Communication with the host was also smooth and very friendly. No check-in stress, everything went smoothly. Those looking for relaxation, privacy and a touch of luxury will love this villa. First of all, we would like to thank Mr. Ali for hosting. The house was as it appeared in the photos, it was spotless and had more than all the equipment we could need, it was clean and new. Mr. Ali also shared all the usage information about the house before the stay. The place was peaceful in the woods. It was very easy to get to the bays and attractions around by car. It was a pleasant holiday for us, I recommend you to experience it ✌️

The villa is very modern spacious and a lovely space to spend time. The pool area is peaceful and has a wonderful view. We had a toddler who loved the garden and play area. The beds were comfortable and the whole villa was very clean. We enjoyed using the bbq and outdoor eating area. We would definitely visit again. Tolga was also very helpful and went above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay.

So in fear of looking silly but wanting to leave an honest review. We arrived a day early. (dont ask, booking flights and accomadation separately with mutiple people can be confusing) Ehat was kind enough to organise a transfer from Dalaman airport to the appartment, and when we arrived (a day early) his response was fast and very helpful. thankfully no one was at the accomadation and he was able to let us stay a day earlier than booked. he also made a call and orgainised a car to collect us from the airport and met us at the apartment. (above and beyond helpful)

This beautiful house is something for eyes and soul. Great carving, lovingly decorated, surrounded by flowers, overlooking the sea or olive trees from the windows. We enjoyed staying in it very much. The pool was serviced every day and was crystal clear. You can walk to the beaches, about 20-30 minutes, but we had small children with us and preferred to drive a few minutes by car. Especially recommended are the restaurants on the river, which are within walking distance of the property. Aysen is a warm host who helped us a lot with every issue. If we asked her for advice (my brother-in-law got sick), she was there for us immediately. It may be important to know that the sleeping areas can only be reached via a set of stairs that could be challenging for the elderly who are wobbly on their feet. That wasn't an issue for us, though. We will be happy to come back!

It was a wonderful head holiday with nature. Me and my wife are a couple who love nature, so this holiday was so nice to us in spirit and body. It was great to have breakfast with natural fresh eggs from the poultry house in the morning. The host's local coffee treat made us feel very special. Daily cleaning of the pool was very good in terms of hygiene. The size of the garden and the fact that the pool is not visible from the outside and the garden is not visible from the outside took note from us in its natural environment. The house has a very suitable structure among families with children. It's definitely a business we can choose when we have kids. Host provided instant dessert whenever we called very polite communication. Thanks again to him for his attention. We were very pleased with all of the sea restaurant cafe recommendations about the environment. In the meantime, the kitchen utensils were more than enough and sparkling clean. There's no need to eat outside, you might say. Thanks to this holiday, where we felt very special, we engraved the zemheri villa in our memory as our 2nd house. We look forward to the next holiday. Eren Bey's house is a very ideal and very convenient house for crowded groups. Location is in a very good location. She was also very helpful and we would like to thank you again If a coffee machine is put in the kitchen, the house can reach perfect ☺️

Ms. Yasemin and her husband are incredibly friendly. We had nice conversations. We felt like a guest, not a business deal. The house was very beautiful and clean. They clean the pool everyday. They help right away when we have the smallest request. We were very happy to know them. If we stay in Akyaka again, we will definitely want to stay in this house again. As a family traveling the world, we had one of our most peaceful vacations in this house. They also arranged toys and a bed for our little baby. She loved the house, the pool, and themselves. One of the biggest problems in Akyaka is the mosquito. There are wire door and window fly screen guards all over the house. You should take mosquito medicine for the outside of the house, bazaar and streets. You should rent a car for nearby places. There's also private parking for you. I don't know you, but I can recommend this house to you.

We stayed with my family between August 4-6, Ms. Yaren and her family made us feel very good, believe us, we would have stayed more if there had been an empty date, we were very sorry for this, we wish we could have stayed longer as a family, book you a recommendation from me for the winter because there is a lot of demand, I sincerely tell you, it is not enough for two or three days to be full, our taste is in our palate, the house was magnificent, very peaceful, and they were very warm.
