Staying here will make you feel at home ( the house of dreams in the middle of greenery😃) from day one. Not only is the house very beautiful, but also the location is extremely convenient to venture, not to discover a beautiful sea but also a hinterland rich in history and surrounded by beautiful nature. We had a great time right from the start, Lorella and Massimo are very kind and helpful hosts who welcomed us into the house which is in a quiet and strategic location to reach the various beaches and resorts of Conero. They gave us various info about the most interesting places to visit and tips on local and typical restaurants. We recommend it for a good experience in the Marche.

I stayed at Leontina's place for one month, and absolutely loved it! It was very comfortable, spacious, clean, and well equipped; I didn't want to leave! The apartment is conveniently located directly across the road from a quiet beach, there is a large, well-stocked supermarket just a few minutes away on foot, and the seafront, featuring numerous restaurants, gelatarias, etc. is also only a short distance away. The city centre is a little further, but still perfectly walkable. Leontina and Marco were fantastic hosts, and lovely people; they made me feel right at home, and I hope to see them again, soon.
