Red Barn Loft Accommodation

Spacious open plan venue upstairs in a Barn style dwelling next door to our home. We can cater to up to 5 guests (min age 12 ). We have 1 king and 3 single beds. We are not really suited to wedding groups and only the booked guests are welcome. The Barn is located in farmland between Warragul and Drouin. The listed fee is for 2 guests, an extra fee applies to each extra guest, also our advertised rate is for Monday to Thursday, extra fees apply for Friday. Pets live here with us too.

Farm stay at Farmhouse house on Jameson

Warneet Retreat

Warneet retreat is a cosy little home away from home. It's ideal for couples or singles. It has a queen size bed. Well behaved dogs are welcome! It's separate from the main house and has front and back doors, a fenced deck and barbecue area. There is a hairdryer, ironing board and iron supplied. The kitchen has a large fridge, electric cook top and microwave oven. Relax in front of the 50 inch TV, watch Netflix or play a game.The retreat is heated and cooled by a split system.

Every cent of funds go to the wildlife Shelter. Peaceful bush surrounds, perfect for artists, nature lovers, and good old relaxing.

A Cottage with a View at Tudor Ridge

A cottage with a view at Tudor Ridge. Fully self contained stone farmhouse with two fireplaces. Two bedrooms with ensuite, one with Spa, also with kitchen and laundry. (For 2 guests, we lock off the second bedroom). The farmhouse was built back in the early 1900s as one of the original houses in the Kallista area. It boasts some of Melbournes most magnificant views. Views are to Cardinia Dam, down the Mornington Peninsula and to the Bays.

Escape to the country - private guest suite

Light filled rooms with an outlook towards the mountains, overlooking our back paddock, regularly visited by kangaroos, kookaburras, blue wrens and a variety of parrots. Almost 6 acres of land to explore and enjoy, or just relax on your deck and enjoy the view. Situated in the Yarra Valley with access to the picturesque Warburton Trail just a short drive or bike ride away.

The Dairy

Our beautiful dairy is part of our 22 acre horse property. The dairy has it's own private courtyard with a lovely outlook to the horses. Plenty of wood for the fireplace your stay will be cosy. Quality linen, beautiful beds, bedding and fluffy towels you will be very comfortable. Only minutes to the Pakenham racecourse, Gumbuya World and Canibal Creek winery

Bloomfield Fern Cottage near Warragul

The Fern cottage is an open plan self contained cottage suitable for couples or singles. Set on 12 peaceful and private acres with pool, bbq, indoor and outdoor woodfire, TV/DVD, clawfoot bath , carport and guest laundry. 30% discount for 7 day stays or longer, 30% discount for monthly stays. Pets by arrangement only no surprises. Unsuitable for children.
