great place, comfy beds, lovely place to stay

Idyllic - best description of Kathy's place in Sussex in the south of England. Kathy was a great host and the property was amazing; both the Coach House, which was huge and boasted a wonderful kitchen and common areas. We were celebrating the arrival of our first grandbaby, bringing the whole family together (7 + infant) over Christmas and really appreciated all the nice touches, including the beautiful Christmas decorations. Make no mistake, you are in the countryside - with all the peace that comes with it (there is a lively and charming little pub a short distance); and, yet, not really all that far from London and the airports; very accessible. I could go on but Kathy's place was just a perfect retreat and we feel very blessed to have been able to stay at this beautiful property. Amazing location. Out of the way for an enjoyable, peaceful weekend. Easy access, and home exactly as described. Miles and Alison were lovely hosts and gave us some recommendations on where to go
