Newly refurbished cottage with private jetty and breathtaking views. The property is based in Marstrand and is located at Revesand on Tromøy in Arendal. The place has breath-taking views of Gjessøya, Mærdø, Havsøysund and Galtesund. In the evening you can see the light from the Torungen guy from the bed. There is a private jetty with a swimming ladder and plenty of room for many boats. The boathouse is well equipped, with rowboat, two kayaks, fishing gear, life jackets, etc. Pioneers 14 with 20 hp (2019 model) can be rented with the cottage if desired.

The apartment is very central and is just above the Altisenteret which has 70 shops, wine monopoly, pharmacy, cafes and restaurants, just an elevator ride away. Short walk along the sea you will find Arendal guest harbor, which has a beach area, saltwater pool, sauna and restaurant.
