Fantastic cabin, nice golfing opportunities. Even with rain, it was perfect to be able to enjoy the spa at Kragerø resort located just below 😊

Ingunn is an amazing host and their Airbnb place is truly a gem of a cabin! The pictures from the listing does not do justice to how wonderful the cabin is. The cabin has a massive jacuzzi with its own area and seating, right by the balcony where the grill is situated - perfect for a social gathering settings. 4 spacious rooms with 1 of the rooms having an en suite bathroom. Living room has enough seats to sit over 10 people. There's also a big TV + dvd player + lots of movies to choose from. There's also board games like ludo, millionaire +more! Lovely clean swimming pool nearby with a little shop ( recommend visiting). Kitchen had all the utensils needed but would recommend bringing metal utensils for grilling (we couldn't find any). Only negatives were that the toilet/bathroom had some corners with insects/webs and the mattresses weren't that clean, had some bits on them (we brought our own bedding) Overall, I would highly recommend this place, we'll be visiting again!

Our family of two adults and two small children had the pleasure of renting Kristina's very cozy summer house in the center of Arendal for 4 days now in July. A small house with lots of soul and charm, a cozy sheltered garden to drink your morning coffee in, and not least; walking distance to everything you need! Within 5 minutes there is a beach, downtown streets with restaurants and cafes, and the harbor with the boats to the surrounding islands. Even though it is very central, the area is also quiet and peaceful, great for families with children. Recommended!

We loved a wonderful week! A beautiful house, equipped with all comforts, plenty of space for our family. A nice terrace, where we could eat outside. In the area there are some nice hiking trails, for children is fine. We have been to the (free!!) water park in Tvedestrand a number of times, our children really enjoyed that! Plenty to do in the area, a beautiful area!

A fantastic place, we had a maximum of the week we were there. In addition, Jostein provided "a little extra" which we really appreciated. This place would highly recommend.

We had a great stay at the guesthouse, which was cozy & tidy. Huge living room, well equipped kitchen and two modern bathrooms. The view on the terrace is amazing, looking over the fjord. Very nice and easy communication. We really enjoyed our time there.

Øystein and Rometris are very attentive hosts who respond very quickly and always strive to make your stay as comfortable as possible. You can access the house via a partially steep but easily accessible gravel road (not indicated on Google Maps), which branches off to the right, where there is a barrier on the left. It is beautiful and privately located with views over the sea and the offshore islets, surrounded by forest where there are chanterelles and blueberries. It was too cold for swimming with us in terms of weather, but everything is available for great bathing pleasure. The house itself is a dream, very cozy, very well equipped, there are toys for children of different ages and plenty of space for a family of four - we found it a privilege to stay in Øystein's great summer house! A well-stocked shop is 5 min away and the nearby cities of Arendal, Grimstadt and Kristiansand are also worth a visit! Great!

Barbro was very nice. Responded quickly and met us at check-in so we got good information about the house. Very homey, lovely porch, great kitchen and nice location. Three generations had a good time.

With more than 10 years of Airbnb experience, this was one of our best places to stay. Mads was helpfull with everything and the smallest problem was solved immediatly although he was far away. The island and especially the nature near the house is as beautiful as the people who live there. And at the end of the day, when you enjoy your glass of wine in the sun, reflecting on the water, the seals are passing by ... need more?

Tommy's place was absolutely lovely and you really enjoyed the nights we had them.

We felt right at home at the place. The view is fantastic and it's wonderfully quiet there! Also great that we were able to take our dogs with us. The property is fenced, so the dogs could run free there. A typical Norwegian cottage in wood construction, comfortably furnished, with underfloor heating in the bathrooms - wonderful on cool nights :-) A few stairs go directly to the water for swimming and fishing. We were also able to rent a boat at the boathouse at the museum - best regards to Øystein!!! In the village there is a small supermarket with everything you need. There you can also buy a fishing card for the surrounding inland lakes. There was a small problem with the electric, a light bulb had caused a short circuit. Emilie took care of it immediately and hired an electrician to fix the issue! Thank you for that! Otherwise, everything is tip top in order! We had a great time there and would always like to go back there :-)

Lovely house in a stunning location. The view from the living room was absolutely amazing and in a short walking distance to beautiful woodland areas.

We (two waxes and three children) had wonderful days in the lovely house of Margaret. Here it was incredibly cozy, with plenty of space both inside and out 😊 Large, nice garden with great forest area close by. The house is richly equipped with kitchenware. Here it was easy to enjoy! We would love to come back!

We have had a very nice stay at the summerhouse in Arendal. The house has a nice location right by a shop and a short distance to the jetty, and it was lovely to have the whole house with the whole garden at your disposal. Plenty of room for everyone! Thanks for us!
