Newly refurbished cottage with private jetty and breathtaking views. The property is based in Marstrand and is located at Revesand on Tromøy in Arendal. The place has breath-taking views of Gjessøya, Mærdø, Havsøysund and Galtesund. In the evening you can see the light from the Torungen guy from the bed. There is a private jetty with a swimming ladder and plenty of room for many boats. The boathouse is well equipped, with rowboat, two kayaks, fishing gear, life jackets, etc. Pioneers 14 with 20 hp (2019 model) can be rented with the cottage if desired.

Rainwater from the cisterns and electricity from solar panels with the possibility of charging the PC, etc. Private sleeping annex. Terrace with good sun and wind conditions all day. The cabin is completely unashamedly located. This unique place has its very own style.

Idyllic place with large playground and short way to the sea where there are fishing and swimming opportunities. There are great hiking opportunities from trails and roads from the cabin. And there are good opportunities to pick berries and mushrooms in the forest or to hit deer. The accommodation is very centrally located to Tvedestrand city center, while being secluded. There is a 10 minute walk to great outdoor sports facilities at Mjåvann with sand volleyball court, skate park, running track and football field, and swimming park at Tjenna.

The cabin has a lovely sea view, sun until it sets and you hear the sea hitting the swamps. The cabin is easily cared for and well equipped. The cabin is located on the inside of the archipelago Tromling with Raet National Park as the closest neighbor. At Tromlings there are lovely sandy beaches and nice to hike. Hytta is a great place to be with nature all the way into the living room.

Hytte i Tvedestrand

Well equipped cabin with great view. Quiet and idyllic surroundings, and at the same time short journey to many attractions. Sleeps 8-10. No access from neighbors, good parking and no transit traffic. Less than 100 meters to the sea and swimming spots. Nice fresh water is also close by. Tennis court with drop-in option is only 800m away. Oven and stairs are child proof. Basically does not rent out to persons under 25 years. Party not allowed.

Cozy boat house in idyllic Tvedestrand. The boat arch is located right on the seafront, with access to private jetty, kayaks and garden/garden furniture. The area is quiet and peaceful. Really Southern idyll. Proximity to, among other things, Lyngør. Bua best suited for 2 people to stay for longer periods. But it can be set up for the dining area, sofa and bed/sofa bed for 4 people if needed. Kayaks for 3 people( 1 + 2) from June-October.

Holmesund: Beautiful cottage by the sea

Holmesund is a beautiful, well kept settlement on the south coast of Norway. It is dotted with small islands and beautiful places for sunbathing, swimming, snorkling and fishing. The cottage is new, but mainly buildt by use of old materials. It has a lovely atmosphere and a big terrace with beatiful seaview. The cottage is located about 50m from the sea and has a private jetty. Note: The boat is now on land for the winter.

Outdoor toilet in seperate small toilet house. This is not a watercloset, but outdoor natural compost. Unique secluded with lake view. Great terrace for calm cosy evenings. Enjoy our rowboat and two kayaks. Canals take you through to lakes and the ocean.

During the pasture season, the cows in the area, but the cabin is fenced. Electricity , but not water. Water on pitchers is ready on arrival and there is a wash basin in the kitchen. The cabin also has a pleasant outhouse. Firewood provided in the vedbu. Free WiFi.
