Gorgeous villa central in Arendal

Historic house with large park-like property on the outskirts of Arendal city center for rent during the summer holidays. We are family renting out our great house this summer. The property consists of main houses as well as several outbuildings, and can accommodate for example two families who want to vacation together. In the main house there are 5 bedrooms, 3 of which are on the 1st floor and 2 in the loft on the 3rd floor In the old waiter's residence there are 2 bedrooms. Here there is running power but there is no water There are two cats that live in the house

Waterfront summer house, five bedrooms, beach

Our summer house is situated just 15 km outside Arendal on a many acres large piece of land on the island of Tromøya, which is accessable by car. It has its own beach and small boat landing. It has a spectacular view of the ocean. The house consists of two common rooms and five bedrooms. Two of them each has to single beds, the rest twin beds. The bathroom on the ground floor has a shower and washing machine. There is a toilet on the 1. floor, where you will also find three of the bedrooms.

Large single-family home close to city center and shop. About 5 minutes drive to the city center. About 20-25 walk in great surroundings to the city center. Close to maxis shopping center as well as a short way to Arendal city centre (bus, cultural house, cinema, bowling, restaurants, grocery stores and gym). Within 5-15 min of great hiking areas/trails. 15 min car ride from Hove and availability for boat trips to Merdø, Kolbjørnsvik or Nidelva.

Jugend-villa central in Arendal. Large garden of four acres, double garage, and 15 minutes walk from the center of Arendal. Kamadogrill and wood-fired pizza oven on the terrace. Sørlandsidyll at the water's edge with more docks. Located centrally about 2.6 km from the city centre. Lovely house with a unique charm and history. 6 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, guest toilet, kitchen, living rooms, loft and most of the rooms have lovely sea/river views. The property is northwest facing with late night sun during the summer.
