Tracey's place was perfect for ourselves, our daughter and two dogs. A surprisingly private and peaceful location, yet within easy reach of facilities, pubs, restaurants and (important for us) Newbury Show-ground. Comfortable, well appointed and presented accommodation, with a generous welcome pack. Great for our dogs too, with a secure outdoor area. Would definitely be happy to come again. Thanks.

Stefan and family were very friendly and welcoming, and responsive and helpful throughout. The apartment is well built and designed, really nicely furnished and comfortable to stay in. It is easy to park in the area. The area felt very safe and had great transport links. Thanks for a great stay!

Another great stay at Fiona’s place - the fourth time my wife and I have stayed there. A perfect spot for a couple. Lots of nice amenities. For the first time, we used the A/C that is in the bedroom, and it worked perfectly - we only had to turn it on for a few minutes to cool the room nicely. Highly recommended, and we hope to be back again!

The Annex was perfect for a short break in the beautiful Berkshire countryside. We received a warm welcome from Clemmie and her family, including their very friendly Labrador. It was nice to be able to fix ourselves a basic breakfast and take our dog for a spin around the large field next to the Annex before heading out for the day. The really helpful information sheet Clemmie provided covered a wide variety of local walks and pubs. We look forward to visiting again!
