Monthly Rentals in Turó de la Rovira

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! Val and Adrian were incredibly nice and welcoming, and gave me many great tips and recommendations that made my trip even better. The home was sparkling clean, and I just got the private experience I was seeking, while having the opportunity to have nice conversations with the hosts. An extra thank you to Adrian for his amazing Catalan rice dish, which was clearly a 10/10! Also, the two cute dogs were a big bonus – they really contributed to the cozy and homely atmosphere. Highly recommended!

Alejandro was super helpful from the beginning, the instructions were clear, he responded promptly to my questions. The place is as described. Since it has a washing machine, oven and stove you can cook and wash your clothes at home. The studio is at the street level so my recommendation for those with light sleep is to have some earplugs for sleep. Although the street is quiet, traffic can be pretty noisy in the morning. There are a couple of restaurants, stores and a gym nearby (max 5 min) so everything you need. The neighbourhood is Gracia, and if you don’t know, it is one of the quietest and safest in Barcelona. There are two bus stations at 1 min from the location - one has a bus that takes directly to Barceloneta, and the metro station is at a 5 min walk. Everything is electric and you pay it separately, but it is cheap. Overall a good price ratio. I would choose it again any time.

Stayed a month at Cescs apartment and I thoroughly enjoyed it! It is very spacious and flooded with light! I enjoyed morning strolls into the park behind with great views of the city before working from the apartment looking out onto the view. The balcony is a real treat too! The apartment had everything we needed and the city’s attractions were all within half hour reach on the metro/bus. It is hilly walking back from the metro note and local eateries are very local options.

Mario was very attentive and friendly. Everything is correct in the room and the apartment is very clean. Recommended!
