Monthly Rentals in Tunga

A very nice apartment situated within a subdivision yet close enough to stores, shops and the city of Tacloban. The apartment itself is in a very good condition. It was perfectly clean and I felt immediately at home as soon as I opened up the door. All the amenities inside the apartment were great as well. Everything appears to be almost brand new. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything you need to prepare your own meals. The WiFi was fast and reliable. Last but not least: the water pressure of the shower in the bathroom was perfectly good...something you don't always get in the Philippines. The communication with the owner was great! He made sure that everything went smooth from the first to the last day of my stay. I had a great time and I will be back to this great little apartment the next time I come to Tacloban.

The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. My only suggestion would be to add an exhaust fan in the bathroom for better ventilation. Other than that, it was okay.

Just back from my first Philippines trip and Jezebel's place was such a joy! Being new to the Philippines, having a responsive and helpful host was absolutely essential - and Jezebel and her team totally delivered! They went out of their way to accommodate all our needs, big and small. When our Cebu Pacific flight got rescheduled and we needed a 4AM transfer, they sorted it without any drama. That kind of support makes all the difference when you're navigating a new country. The place is really peaceful - great for relaxing. Loved the pools and all the greenery around! The lighting at night creates this lovely vibe, and the decoration is really tasteful. Everything worked well too. Oh, and the internet was really good - which can be tricky to find in most places in the Philippines. Perfect spot with a perfect host team. Thanks for making our stay so easy, Jezebel and crew!
