Monthly Rentals in Tumtum Mountain

Spacious, beautiful, and peaceful! This was a very well-appointed home that accommodated six comfortably and allowed us to organize our gear and cook real meals. I only wish we could have stayed longer to play frisbee or croquet on the grass and eaten some meals outside in the gorgeous green surroundings. Would return in a heartbeat!

Jordan's tiny home was perfect for our family of 5. We stayed there because it was close to the Ape Caves. Everything we needed for our stay was there. The house was decorated with style and efficiency of space in mind. I also appreciated how there was extra supplies such as bug spray and s'more's sticks. We will be back and next time try to stay longer. Thanks so much for hosting us!

Our stay was quiet, peaceful and comfortable. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you'd need. The wrap around deck was a treat to use at night. The location is perfect. You won't hear any noise or neighbors except some very animated frogs, which was very cool! Ruby the dog was a delight and she greeted us every morning. Trent was immediately responsive to requests, which I really appreciated. We would stay here again. Thank you, Trent!

The views from this place are much more beautiful than expected. The river was absolutely gorgeous. Bonus we saw a beautiful doe walking just below the house along the riverfront. We enjoyed our morning coffee watching the massive views of the river. We even saw the USS Jack H. Lucas sail by on its way home from fleet week. 💙. Go Navy!! We would definitely stay again.
