My friends and I had a great time at the beach house! It was cozy and the beds were very comfortable. 10/10 recommend.

The condo has great amount of space, was quiet, clean and has everything you'll need for a short or longterm stay in guam. One of the three rooms provide some workout equipment. If you need to work on leg day, there are decent amount of stairs to help with that--keep in mind, this unit is on the third floor. The TV in the living room is already logged on to several streaming services, which is great. Communication with Stewat is great. If you have any questions or concerns, he is quick to respond and will help in any way he can. I enjoyed my stay and would definitely book again and would recommend this listing to others.

I stayed with 3 children for 4 nights and 5 days and had a very comfortable stay. I was able to use the public swimming pool very privately, and the shower facilities where I could wash off the sand after going to the beach were so nice! If I come to Guam again, I will visit again ~ The location is good and Happy Mart is right nearby, so it was so convenient ~ ^^

We are proud to be the best place in Guam for group travel. 10 people used it for 4 nights, and they took care of us meticulously throughout the stay.
