We are proud to be the best place in Guam for group travel. 10 people used it for 4 nights, and they took care of us meticulously throughout the stay. Thanks to that, I was able to use the Hayat pool, and I had a happy trip with the warm consideration. Thank you, and if I come back to Guam, I will definitely visit again.

My family and I took a quick trip back home needed a place to stay while we were here. I booked this place last minute but Cory and Jolo were so quick to reply and make sure i had anything i needed upon arrival. The condo was very nice, had lots of space and was very clean when we got there. The view is beautiful and there are many shops, restaurants and beaches nearby. You can tell they put a lot of thought and care into this place, the bathrooms are so nice, the decor makes the house feel modern and comfortable, and the amenities they provide are top tier. I would definitely recommend staying here not only for tourists, but also for locals who are looking to have a nice staycation. The hosts are very hospitable and make you feel very welcome. I throughly enjoyed my stay here and would recommend you stay here if you have the opportunity to.
