It is family place, very cosy and friendly people around. It feels like home, beautiful nature around, bbq zone, fruit trees and rest zones. Inside the room all the amenities are presented, you can feel it all in the little thoughtful details. In general it is a peaceful rest place not far from Yerevan.

We stayed for a week in this beautiful place. Great country house with all amenities and very well maintained and clean grounds! And the pool and barbecue area, board games, table tennis, mini football court and all in one courtyard of this cottage. Lovely host, met at the airport, drove and checked in, provided a local SIM card. The house is clean, there is everything you need, a bottle of beautiful local wine was waiting for us on the table as a compliment. Special thanks for the beautiful grill area, which also has everything! Host Karen responded very responsively and quickly to all requests, always available!A wonderful sincere person, for which I thank him very much! The vacation was a success and left a very unforgettable experience.

I had the pleasure of staying at this apartment for three days, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with my experience. The apartment was exactly as described — clean, comfortable, and equipped with everything I needed for a pleasant stay. Communication with the host was excellent. They responded quickly, politely, and thoroughly to all of my questions, which made the check-in process and overall stay smooth and worry-free. Excellent large accommodation, with all amenities, not far from the airport. The host met us at the airport as dear guests, took us to the house. We ate at his cafe. I highly recommend staying in this house.
