We loved this air bnb! It was perfect for me, my husband, and our two dogs. We loved the house and location! Beautiful neighborhood to walk our girls, but also close to lots of restaurants and little shops.

Nice place in a good neighborhood with an easy drive to the arenas downtown, would definitely stay again.

Had an amazing time being back in Michigan for a graduation and Philips house worked perfect for my family with the main floor bedrooms and bathroom but also having a private master upstairs.

Five stars all the way! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 We felt like we’d checked into a luxury resort the moment we walked in, everything was spotless, stylish, and outfitted with the latest smart-home tech. Michael is a fantastic host: quick to reply, genuinely kind, and proactive about making sure we had everything we needed. The home is packed with thoughtful amenities, from well-stocked kitchen essentials to entertainment options that kept the kids happy for hours. The surrounding area is just as inviting, giving the whole family plenty to explore and enjoy. highly recommend!

Roger was a responsive and accommodating host who was willing to work with us to make sure his house would suit the needs of our long term work trip. The house was very nicely appointed and looked either newly built or very recently updated; definitely nicer than many others in the area. Additionally, it’s not too far from some good restaurants, bars, etc. Will definitely look to book this house in the future if ever in the area again.

Liz and Zach are great host. The place is spotless with plenty of room. The basement is very cozy with a very comfortable bed. Definitely the hang out spot in the house. The location is great. Right across the street from one of my favorite shops Retro Rescuers and very close to downtown. The backyard is adorable with a great seating area and enough space for your little pup to run around in. LGBTQ friendly. Check in directions were very simple and easy to follow. Would recommend to others and we would stay here again.

We stayed at Cameron's place for a couple of nights in June 2025. We were in town for a family event but wanted to make a weekend out of it. Cameron provided excellent recommendations given our family with small children. The home was comfortable, clean, and conveniently located close to our family activities in Troy and the Detroit Zoo. We felt right at home and would be happy to stay again if the need arises. Thank you, Cameron!

Nimrat’s home was the perfect place for our stay. Family friendly and a great location. Walking distance to a couple parks for kids and the house was so cozy. Perfect distance to downtown Detroit as we were in town for a concert. Would love to rent again if needed. Great place to stay in Royal Oak.

Lindsey & Dylan’s place was absolutely beautiful. Their hospitality and attention to detail made our stay incredibly comfortable and enjoyable. It was clean, tidy & beautifully decorated. The house looked exactly like the pictures and was pristine. They thought of every detail from coffee, tea & creamers. We were welcomed with a wine & s’mores. We enjoyed our stay. So did our pups, where they were able to roam & run around in the big open yard every day. We love the privacy of the place. We enjoyed the heated pool & outdoor sauna. It was a perfect place to relax & enjoy nature. I consider myself to be picky & careful on choosing places where to stay. Clean & privacy are my main priorities. This place has reached my expectations & more. Our communication with Lyndsey & Dylan was great. They returned our messages right away! Dylan came over right away to help us with some stuff. Awesome hosts. We would love to come back in the near future. Highly recommended!!!

We found this home last year during the death of my father and have stayed multiple times since then. This stay was for my mother's funeral. It feels like home and was very comfortable.

Great stay& a wonderful host! Definitely will come back to stay the next time we have something going on in Detroit.

We loved staying at Nancy & Randy’s place! The pool was wonderful and allowing us to have our pup there made it extra special. We loved meeting Crew as well! The apartment has everything you need and it very clean and well appointed! Nancy is a warm, friendly host who enjoys having guests and it shows in the details (fresh cookies, bagels for breakfast, fire pit ready to go…. and so much more) Couldn’t recommend more!

Very nice place to stay with everything you could need or want. The hot tub was much appreciated after standing for many hours at a concert and having sore backs and feet.....lots of construction in the neighborhood made for extra commotion and noise but once the roads are done it will be so nice and worth it!! Laura was such a responsive host & accommodated every request made to make our weekend extra special....very much appreciated and loved her willingness to go the extra mile for a guest

She is very responsive, her home is squeaky clean it looks just like the pictures. It's a very quiet and peaceful neiborhood, I promise if you book her home you will not be disappointed. The cottage was amazing and very cute. Our dog loved it and the fenced yard was perfect. The dog treats were a nice bonus. Sarah was responsive and kind and flexible with our very much needed later checkout. She gave us recommendations for shopping when my husband forgot my clothes. Fun memory!

I booked David's place because I was in town for nine days for work. This place was so homey and comfortable. There is nothing worse than being cooped in an uncomfortable place for an extended amount of time and this place was nothing like that. The furniture was comfortable, the location was amazing, the neighborhood was adorable with lots of people walking everywhere. The hosts were fantastic and even though I asked a few questions, they were answered very quickly. I will definitely stay there again on my next trip vs a hotel.

Sierra was very responsive and promptly answered any questions I had. The home was very nice and updated. The location is close to many eateries and in a safe neighborhood.

We had a fantastic stay at this charming two-bedroom home in Royal Oak. The house was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and easy stay. The bedrooms were cozy with quality linens, and the living area was perfect for relaxing after a day out. The kitchen was well-stocked and made it easy to cook meals

Very nice. Pictures were very accurate. Great big backyard for dog to run. Extremely clean- no signs of other pets. Loved the dining room and basement was very spacious. Easy access and great location.

The house was huge & beautiful. The Host was quickly responsive. Got things handled immediately & anything we needed they helped us! Definitely saving this house for the future.
