Kris checked me in person, showed me around. room is spacious, have own window ac unit. bathroom is shared with 1 other guest, so its not going to be crowded. did not use the kitchen but did have things u needed for simple cooking. good place to stay for your bucks! was very cozy enjoyed the stay

Was visiting family and this was the perfect location, close to royal oak and ferndale and a short drive detroit and birmingham. The entire place was spotless, beds were comfortable, and check in and out was easy and stress free. Highly recommend if you need a cozy place to stay in detroit area.
