We had an absolutely amazing stay! The host was so responsive and helpful, the apartment was spotless and beautifully decorated. The location was perfect. I absolutely recommend this place!

Great stay! I stayed for a few months and only had a few difficulties that were resolved. Hosts always answered in timely manner. Comfortable for 1 person, has all the space you could need. Bathroom is renovated very nicely!

This location is a duplex and my sister and I previously stayed in the upstairs unit. I thought we’d miss the view from up there, but honestly, I really enjoyed the lower unit more. It’s smaller but cozy and still enough space for two people (who know each other well). It’s not too tight and the kitchen (huge fridge and lots of counter space!) the bedroom and the bathroom were just the right size. There’s also great amenities and the water gets nice and hot. You will hear people walking around upstairs and there’s a train that’s nearby, but for the most part, it’s otherwise peaceful and quiet. And downtown Ferndale is a beautiful place with a lot of activity/sights to see. Overall, we had a wonderful stay.

Erica and Brian are the perfect hosts, thoughtful, organized and extremely responsive! Their place is wonderful and has everything you need for your stay. I was there for over a month and everything was great and made me feel like I was at home. I would highly recommend this place to anyone, the location is so convenient and comfortable. The stay was comfortable and exactly as described. The space was clean, well-kept, and in a convenient location. Communication with the host was smooth and timely, making check-in and check-out easy. I would stay here again.

I really can't stress enough how much I love this place! It's spacious, flooded with natural lighting, and overlooks a communal lawn where I listened to the birds and spotted some squirrels. The sofas and bed are ridiculously comfy, there were already sauces and seasonings in the fridge and cupboard, and all cleaning necessities there too! The building/apartment is quiet - you can barely hear the neighbours, and vice versa, so it feels very private. It's also within easy walking distance of parks, restaurants, bars, entertainment, etc! One thing to note is that the location is right next to the highway, so there is a constant drone of traffic. Personally, I grew to find it quite soothing, so it wasn't really a problem, but it's truly the only thing I can think of that might put anyone off booking this apartment. Oh, also! During my stay, the building had a maintenance check that Mariya made sure I was fully aware of and prepared for❤️ A wonderful host, and a wonderful flat!

Loris place was absolutely perfect for my daughter and I. Hands down the cleanest airbb I’ve ever stayed in. Lori’s place has everything needed for a short or long-term stay. The townhome is so spacious and in a super safe location. The community dog park is incredible for people traveling with pets. Will absolutely be back.

This place was incredibly adorable, decorated perfectly and also in an incredible neighborhood. This is a place I will bookmark for all my future stays in Detroit. Also, who doesn’t love a coach house? It has all the flavor of historic Detroit, but is also located really close to great coffee, shops, restaurants, and other things to do. We will be back soon..

Incredible location that made an unbelievably easy to commute to the Children’s Hospital of Michigan where I had to work for a month. It was also a short drive to downtown Detroit, specifically Little Caesar’s Arena. The host was very responsive (within 30 minutes) whenever I had questions, and made the process incredibly easy. Despite being next to the freeway, I felt the road noise was not bad at all and was able to sleep comfortably each day. Additionally the area was nice and I felt safe going outside at any time of day or night. I would rebook this location in a heartbeat if I ever needed to be in Detroit again!!!

We had a great stay! The place was exactly what we needed-clean, comfortable, and conveniently located with easy access to the highway. We were in town for a concert and had no trouble getting to Ford Field with an Uber ride. What really stood out was how our host went above and beyond with thoughtful local recommendations, which made our trip even better. Highly recommend staying here if you're visiting the area! If we find ourselves back in the area, we will be booking again. Thank you Gabby!

Very nice place. Very clean and loved the massage chairs! Bed was super cozy. Didn’t use the basement but for someone with kids it would make a great play area. The view outside was woodsy and we watched a momma woodpecker feed her babies in a nest right across from the front door. There was coffee and tea. Drove down to Walled Lake and it is gorgeous. Overall very good stay!

Had a great stay, dog friendly and super clean. We only really slept there so we didn’t get to use the hot tub but wished we could! Across the street from a very nice winery and close to shopping. Had a very nice experience overall.

Our stay was very peaceful! The area is perfect if that’s what you’re looking for. It was very clean and welcoming. We had to drive a little more than wheat we expected but we were ok with that. The hosts were very responsive and polite. I definitely would stay again!

We really enjoyed our 4 days at Dana’s. Birmingham is a beautiful neighborhood, very sweet neighbors. Dana’s place was very comfortable, shower was hot, small kitchen was perfect to prepare breakfast. We would definitely feel lucky to stay here again.

Very responsive when I had questions. Place was perfect for what we needed for the nights stay. Living room area had a very nice couch & tv was huge!

Kendra is very nice. My family stayed here for ten days. The room was as described in the photo. It was well furnished with a beautiful garden to sit in and watch the squirrels run around. The location is close a lake and there is a Kroger in five minutes drive.Kendra was very helpful with our living needs. We enjoyed our stay, I would definitely recommend her house and would choose this house again next time.

Stayed for a night and caught a show at royal oaks theater. I couldn’t not recommend this spot more. A few bucks more than a hotel room but so worth it. Insanely close to so many things, great spots to eat and drink, a market next door, quiet neighborhood. Very comfortable and private inside, cool basement vibes.
