Holiday rentals with lake access in Troutman

we loved Rhondas place! so peaceful by the water, plenty of areas to hang out inside and outside for the family and we loved all the small details for that 70s vibe. Also Rhonda was incredibly accommodating and responsive. Definitely recommend!

I would recommend this spot for family gatherings or smaller to medium sized groups. Perfect location for activities on the water. Has a very private feeling but are still very close to all the stores you need. Hosts are friendly, communicative, and they have an awesome book that goes over everything in the house.

Perfect spot on Lake Norman with everything you need inside the house. McKenna was a great host and would recommend the place to anyone!

We stayed here while working in the area. It was so nice to pull up after work, relax at the fire pit and throw a fishing line in the water. David, the host, was very helpful anytime we needed anything, and it was a great stay!

The place was great to have a slow weekend..we found it a great escape and the location was amazing..we spent all day hanging out on the dock and looking at the boats zip through…beautiful sunrise on the day last day..will defenitely be coming back

Stunning house and such a peaceful location! Fell in love with the wind chime in the backyard; has the most relaxing tone for all hours of the day. The hosts were great, left a beautiful welcome basket including any information we may need, a bottle of wine, and more! The light switches and cabinets were nicely labeled for ease and had ample supplies for hosting a large group. And everyone LOVED the pillows, thick and sturdy yet soft! I'd recommend this home to any group staying in North Carolina!

Wow, what a location right by the lake! We absolutely loved this accommodation. its tastefully decorated, calm, peaceful and private. the living space is sociable and the front porch allows you to enjoy the view of the lake, the birds and just the wonderful peaceful atmosphere. there are kyaks and paddle boards and a beautiful dining area on the jetty. Comfortable beds, pretty linen, great bathrooms and a well equipped kitchen make it feel top end. Clearly this place is loved by the owner and we recommend it to anyone looking for a tranquil stay. we came to Charlotte for the Speedway but we're so happy we got out of town to explore the countryside and enjoy Lake Norman. Downtown Moorseville is about 20 mins away and was a lovely place for a bit if shopping and some nice coffee ☕️ Thank you Patricia. we highly recommend your beautiful place at Tranquility Cove x

Overall great stay!! Place itself was excellent however wish there was more going on in the surrounding town.

The condo was very clean, new and large. Actually 4 floors in a renovated church. 1st floor was kitchen, living room and half bathroom. 2nd floor was master bedroom suite with walk-in shower, laundry room outside suite. 3rd floor was 2 additional bedrooms and a shared bath. 4th floor was a roof top sitting area. Everything looked brand new and well stocked. Host was extremely proactive in checking in to see if we had any issues, which we did not. Location was ~1 mile from downtown Charlotte and easy driving distance to everything. Enjoyed our stay and will comeback if heading to Charlotte again. Thanks for sharing and caring..

Beautiful setting with lots of things to do. Dogs are great. Lake is lovely. Kayaks are nice. Lore cared a lot that we were happy during our stay.

I had a good stay at this Lake Norman property! The location was a little noisy during the day as there was construction going on, but just steps from the water. Waking up to sunrise over the lake and enjoying evenings on the dock were nice. The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities I needed for a relaxing 2 weeks. The hosts were incredibly responsive and provided great response to support any and all questions.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay! The unit had anything you could possibly need. Was great not having to run to the store to get this or that as they already had everything available. Very clean!

I have used James many times now to lodge employees from Minnesota while attending training in the Charlotte area. All aspects of our interactions have been EXCELLENT! My employees request to stay there versus a hotel. The amenities, cleanliness, location, and peacefulness of the lake far out weigh anything a local hotel can offer. He's always the first place we look to book. 100% recommended.

Gorgeous place right on the water. Top floor so no noise in at night. Was a great place for our family to stay for Thanksgiving.

Had an amazing stay at the cottage. Plenty of outdoor activities to take part in, including easy access to the lake! Earl was a great host. He was friendly and responsive, and proactive in his communication. Would recommend to anybody looking to stay at Lake Norman!

This place is absolutely beautiful, peaceful and just what our family needed. So grateful that we were able to bring our sweet dog too. Our son is way into fishing-the dock was exactly what we were looking for. LeeAnn is an incredible host, answered any and all questions and the place was exactly as she described. We already know that we will be back and can’t wait to plan our next visit.

We absolutely LOVED this cottage on the lake! The view was beautiful, and the kids caught a lot of fish off of the dock! It was very clean, the beds were comfortable, and it had everything we needed. Jack was a great host. Very responsive and hospitable. Already talking about when we can come back!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Zachary’s place and highly recommend it for a perfect lake getaway. Zachary and his family are great hosts.

Stayed here this past weekend and it was amazing. Beautiful house, very clean and cozy. Outside was private with a privacy fence on one side and shrubs on the other. It was quiet at night and with a gated driveway it felt very safe. I would definitely stay here again.

Absolutely beautiful property! We stayed here for Memorial Day weekend. We cooked-out on the grill and were surprised to find the fridge was conveniently already stocked with some basic condiments which made for an easier and less expensive grocery run! Nice kitchen and grill. Plenty of space. Amazing lake with access to kayaks, a paddle board, and lake mat which made for a fun time. Jamie was so sweet and very responsive. Would definitely stay here again!

Stacey's home was fabulous! This was our families second time here and we can't wait to come back again. We have kids and grandkids in the area and it is perfect for all of us to get together and enjoy the lake and local area. Our son brought his boat and docked it the entire stay. The grandkids had an absolute blast playing in the sand and on the beach. EVERYTHING we needed was provided for the many meals we cooked/grilled. The screened in porch was amazing for the rainy morning we had. If you are looking for a relaxing lake get away, this is it. Thank you so much for sharing your lovely home with us Stacey.
