Proximity to nature and hiking trails. 3 min to bus stop that takes you to the city center in 18 min. Several shops and restaurants in the immediate vicinity. Stay close to the field, while it is conveniently located with walking distance to bus (10 min) and tram (5 min). 30 min to the city center. A house away from the city field with immediate access to ski slopes, bike trails and great hiking areas. Great apartment for those who want to use both the city and nature. Plenty of room for 3 adults with newly renovated bathroom and cozy decor. Apple TV in the living room. All rooms have either heating cables (bathroom, living room/kitchen and entrance hall) or panel oven (bedroom).

Enjoy a stylish experience in a central location. The cabin is located right on the seafront only a few meters to the sea/boat/beach life. The famous frostasty is just outside of the cabin field. The cabin is located on the upper row with great views. If it is desired to rent bed linen/towels, it must be notified in advance and this is provided. This costs 250,- per person. If you want to rent a boat, there are opportunities for this 5 min away by car. Let us know and we can pass on contact info if interested.

This is the place to disconnect from work and stress. Here you are all alone in the forest with the opportunity to sleep over as well. It goes fine and sleep 4 people, but fits best for two pcs. FREE ACCESS ON DRY and NICE WOOD. 200 meters from parking. Hunting and fish are possible. - Outside kitchen with summer water in the tap and sleeping cabin - outside shower (summer water) is also fitted for short shower lengths as I don't have unlimited water there. - mobile wifi with 50gb so not unlimited use

Stabburet ligger på Brøttem Gård i Klæbu, Trondheim Kommune. Beliggenheten er landlig (ved Selbusjøen og Brungmarka) og ypperlig med tanke på dagsturer i marka både til fots og på ski. Brygge er tilgjengelig ved Selbusjøen sommers tid. Herfra kan man padle i kajakk/kano eller ro seg en tur. Gården ligger nære Gjenvollhytta og Langmyra skianlegg om man vil gå på ski i oppkjørte løyper. Dagsturer til Kråkfjellet og Rensfjellet er mulig. Vassfjellet er 10 min unna og kun 30 min. til Trondheim :)

Nærme buss og sentrum, uten at du mister hyttefølelsen. Stille og privat, med vann og fjell som man kan nyte både dag og kveld. Begge hyttene har egen stue, eget bad, kjøkken og soverom. Grønberg farm is located in scenic surroundings by the sea. It was built in 1910 and was fully renovated in 2015/2016. The house is preserved according to the regional Directorate of Cultural Heritage, has a modern bathroom and kitchen, but retains its original atmosphere.

This place was just what i needed, I loved the house and Joyce is absolutely awesome, my daughter and me felt at home and enjoyed every minute of it, the house was very spacious with a great view, bus stop and taxi stop close by and also the gas station and market, she had wifi, washer, dryer and and everything we needed and spend a two week Holliday with no problems. I loved it and so did my daughter I would highly recommend this place ❤️

Me and my wife had a great time in Trondheim. The apartment is very central and beautiful! Stores, cafés and restaurants on walking distance from the apartment, about 12 minutes to the cathedral.

A small but nice flat right next to the fjord. The neighborhood was quiet and there were a couple of supermarkets close by. By using the public bicycles in Trondheim, you can be in the city centre in less than 10 minutes. I didn't meet Lars, but he always replied quickly and helpfully to any questions. My only slight complaint was that there wasn't any shampoo!

Excellent location for a more chill residence while traveling to Trondheim, but still with great (and close) access to public transportation that brought us right into the city / downtown area. Really wonderful to be nearby a path that went along the coast for miles! Apartment was clean with a lovely ambiance. Very much recommend.
