Huge Apartment

We are two quiet pensioners who like to work in the garden. We rent out an apartment in our residence. We've been hosting for almost 30 years. The apartment is 70m2 in quiet surroundings. The apartment is located in the basement on the right hand side. Walk and bike paths to Trondheim city centre, Heimdal city centre, City Syd shopping center, Granåsen and much more. Elementary school, playground, pizza restaurant and groceries in the immediate vicinity. Here you can observe moose, deer, fox, badger and other things from the windows.

NEW modern apartment at Solsiden

This apartment-building has (maybe?) the best possible location in Trondheim, and was finished in 2018. You can easily walk to the old part of town (Bakklandet), citycenter and Solsiden. My apartment is on the 2nd floor (with elevator), and is about 45m2. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking, including a coffee-machine. There will be bedsheets, towels, iron, hairdryer ect. available. The busstop "Bakkegata" is just outside and takes you to/from the airport. Send a message to book :-)

Lovely apt in Trondheim city centre

I rent out my great apartment when I'm traveling myself. All you need right outside the door. The boat to munkholmen 30 meters. Grocery store only 80 meters. Nidaros Cathedral 750 meters up the street. Trondheim Central Station 600 m Pirbadet 1,4 km. Stylish apartment with 3 meters under the roof! All you need to be found is in the apartment. Here you can enjoy the view out over the canal and see great wooden boats put by. Enjoy a nice walk in Bakklandet with all nearby cafes and restaurants.

Beautiful Nidelven runs right by with a nice hiking trail along the shore. New apartment of 55 m2 with two bedrooms. Balanced ventilation. Thermostat in all rooms. Spacious double beds (180 cm width) in both bedrooms. Sofa bed with a width of 140 cm can be raised up to one or two people in addition. Sea view and exit to garden. Quiet and peaceful neighborhood with playground and walking areas close by. Short walk to the shop and bus stop. It takes about 20 minutes by bus to downtown.
