Cozy apartment in the townhouse in central Trondheim. The apartment is located in the backyard of an older townhouse from 1878 in the heart of Ila. There is a private entrance to the apartment. Homeowner live in private part of the townhouse. The apartment consisted of a room that is combined living room and kitchen. In addition, the apartment has a hallway with sliding door closet, bathroom with washing machine, dryer and new shower enclosure, loft with sleeping alcoves and terrace outside the apartment. Walking distance to most but also good bus connections.

Convenient and modern apartment in good location on Grilstad Marina proximity to the sea, hiking areas, restaurants, shopping center and frequent connection to Trondheim city center. The charging path just outside stretches all the way to Nyhavna in the city center. There are good swimming possibilities in the immediate area, including: Hansbakkfjæra, Grilstadfjæra and the Bay of Vära. Lots of playgrounds right outside the door. From Grilstad Marina there is a short drive to the city center of Trondheim and several large campuses such as NTNU.

Central and spacious apartment on "Solsiden" in a great location Airy views and very good sun conditions. Walking distance to the city center with all restaurants, shops and cultural offerings. Play parks within walking distance. The apartment has sun from morning to evening on 2 own large balconies that are well furnished. 3 bedrooms with 1x120, 1x160 and 1x180 bed respectively. The apartment is spacious for 4 people but is rigged for 6 people. We think you will enjoy the apartment whether it is for work or pleasure.

Many possibilities for bicycle rides. Great views, lovely sun conditions all day. 2/3 bedrooms, kitchen/living room, bathroom and separate toilet. Large terrace facing the sea. Child-friendly. Plenty of space for eating out in the summer, barbecue, etc. Washing machine and free parking ring. Fiber is coming summer/autumn

Peaceful and spacious apartment at Ranheim (52 sqm). Large terrace of 13 sqm with very good sun conditions. Great boardwalk within walking distance, where you can take a dip in the Hansbakk fjord. Grocery store close by with possibility of charging. 5 minutes walking distance to train station and metro bus that takes 20 minutes into the city center. The apartment has one large bedroom, but with the possibility to insert 2 extra beds. Free guest parking! The apartment is occupied when it is not rented out☺️

Welcome to Brinken. This special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. Located in the midle of historic Bakklandet 'the old town' with an amazing view over Nidarosdomen (the old historic cathedral) and Gamle Bybro (the old city bridge), two of the biggest tourist attractions of Trondheim. The place is close to many of the best restaurants, coffee-bars, wine bars and shopping areas in town. The apartment got a very unique and cozy vibe and it can easily host 3 people.

This special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. Short way to the city centre, but also forest and fields if you desire. Stunning views over all of Trondheim. About 30 minutes walk to the city center, and 5 minutes by bus or tram. Bus stop 2 minutes from the house. The nearest grocery store is in Ila, about 15 minutes quite from the apartment. There are opportunities to be able to be more than 2 people upon request. Especially during the SKI World Cup 2025.

Charming cabin by the sea

Unique sea front cabin. Very modern and fully equipped. Big outdoor deck with BBQ and seating. Amazing view over the fjord. The cabin is located 10-15 min outside the city center, with bus departure every hour. Bus stop 1 min away. The cabin is 28 m2 big and is available for up to 2 people You have the ocean on one side and the Forrest on the other, with great hiking possibilities. The jacuzzi cost ekstra to use, depends on how many days. No smoking and no parties.
