Stabburet ligger på Brøttem Gård i Klæbu, Trondheim Kommune. Beliggenheten er landlig (ved Selbusjøen og Brungmarka) og ypperlig med tanke på dagsturer i marka både til fots og på ski. Brygge er tilgjengelig ved Selbusjøen sommers tid. Herfra kan man padle i kajakk/kano eller ro seg en tur. Gården ligger nære Gjenvollhytta og Langmyra skianlegg om man vil gå på ski i oppkjørte løyper. Dagsturer til Kråkfjellet og Rensfjellet er mulig. Vassfjellet er 10 min unna og kun 30 min. til Trondheim :)

Sentral enebolig med normal standard. Boligen lugger i et rolig og fint strøk. Det er fire soverom i huset, to bad med toalett og dusj. Det finnes også et vaskerom med ekstra dusj og et ekstra gjestetoalett ved inngangen. To av soverommene har dobbeltsenger, og to soverom har to enkeltsenger i hvert rom. Det er parkering for to-tre biler med én elbil-lader tilgjengelig. Huset passer best for familier eller grupper. Vi bor her til vanlig selv, så det finnes private gjenstander i boligen.
