Great view - perfect starting point for mountain hikes

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway at the foot of Skarvan and the Roltdalens National Park. A perfect starting point for mountain hikes/top hikes, fishing, hunting and berry picking. Nice swimming in the river. If shorter trips are desired, there are trails and fishing waters nearby. The cabin is screened, about 100 meters from the farm and has electricity but no water. Water can be collected outside at the main residence. There is wood burning in the cabin. Outhouse in the extension/woodshed. Good mobile/4G coverage.

Lovely house located in the heart of Bymarka High standard. Amazing rural location but you drive to Trondheim city center in 15 min. You will need a car to get here, but in return you will live in the middle of the hiking terrain with unique possibilities in summer and winter. The home is used by the host as a summer residence and holiday home when it is not rented out. Bed linen and towels are included If you want to stay rural but at the same time this is something for you It's not a party place. Animals welcome.

This special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. Short way to the city centre, but also forest and fields if you desire. Stunning views over all of Trondheim. About 30 minutes walk to the city center, and 5 minutes by bus or tram. Bus stop 2 minutes from the house. The nearest grocery store is in Ila, about 15 minutes quite from the apartment. There are opportunities to be able to be more than 2 people upon request. Especially during the SKI World Cup 2025.

Recharge your batteries in this unique and quiet place, located right down by the fjord. Enjoy the view, take it easy, take a fishing trip, hike, go on a mushroom or berry ride, take "home office", go skiing, or play golf. Good sun conditions and amazing outdoor space Access to the sea. Short way into Trondheim city center (about 15-20 minutes by car). Great advantage by car. Few bus departures. The house sleeps 8, but it is possible to make up for a person on a mattress on the floor.
