Private jetty in Lyngørsundet with 2 boat places. Trampoline, barn with lots of toys for the kids, hens. Take a romantic paddle trip rowboat or by canoe in lake, rent a motor boat and travel on discovery journey through the sea. Great fishing opportunities in the sea or in private lake. Nyt lyden av naturen når du bor på dette unike stedet. Idyllisk liten flåte som er plassert på innsjøen Skarvann. Det er enkel standar med 1 dobbelt seng og 1 enkel seng med skumgummimadrass. Det er ikke dør på denne enheten, kun en «kalesje» til og lukke med. Liten kjøkkenkrok, bord og stoler på plattingen ute og en bålpanne. Viktig og merke seg at denne er en villmarkscamp, vi har ikke vann og strøm. Det er tilgjengelig do på området. Dyne/pute/sovepose må selv medbringes.

Finn roen sammen med kjæresten, familien eller gode venner i denne fredelige hytta. Hytta er en av ca 50 hytter beliggende i Vågsdalsfjorden hyttefelt i Mykland, Froland kommune. Huset er ca 50 m2 med veranda på ca 60 m2 rundt. Biloppstillingsplasser til 3 biler. Elbil lader. Det er opparbeidet merkede turløyper rundt hyttefeltet, samt badestrand med stupebrett og flytebrygge. Flott utmark for å plukke vill sopp og bær på sensommer og høst. Mulighet for å fiske i fjorden.

The cottage has a welcoming living room with spectacular views, a fully equipped kitchen and a spa where you can relax after a long day. There are two bedrooms with a double bed and a loft with four good mattresses. In addition, a child's bed. Outside, a large terrace awaits, where you can enjoy the fantastic views. The cottage is surrounded by lush nature with hiking opportunities in the area, and at the lake just below the cottage you can sail, fish and swim.

Ønsker du en ferie på Sørlandet helt for deg selv i sommer er dette plassen. Det er ingen andre gjester på eiendommen. Boligen ved siden av hytten har ingen beboere ukene som er ledig. Hytten ligger nydelig til ved Nidelva 7km fra Arendal og 15km fra Grimstad. Nidelva har 3 utløp til sjøen hvor et renner ut ved Arendal sentrum og de to andre renner ut mot Torungen fyr. Det er lite bevegelse i elven om sommeren siden hytten ligger på havnivå.

Cozy boat house in idyllic Tvedestrand. The boat arch is located right on the seafront, with access to private jetty, kayaks and garden/garden furniture. The area is quiet and peaceful. Really Southern idyll. Proximity to, among other things, Lyngør. Bua best suited for 2 people to stay for longer periods. But it can be set up for the dining area, sofa and bed/sofa bed for 4 people if needed. Kayaks for 3 people( 1 + 2) from June-October.

Perfekt sted for en liten familie eller alene ved sjøen. Naustet er fra 70-tallet og er bygd på tradisjonelt vis. Her kan du nyte sjø utsikten, ta deg et badet eller ligge i solen. Båtnaustet er enkelt møblert med alt du trenger av kjøkkenutstyr, oppvask håndklær og støv kluter. I tillegg er det dopapir. Naustet er isolert. En dobbelseng (150) på soverommet, dobbel sovesofa i stuen.
