Huset er fra 2001,arkitekttegnet og kledning i osp. Det ligger helt usjenert til, det er 200 m til nærmeste nabo og grenser til Raet nasjonalpark på Tromøya. Flere strender 5-10 min unna med bil. Det er 150 meter til båt-og badeplass fra huset. Huset er 5 min fra nærmeste butikk og under 20 minutter fra Arendal. (med bil) Det er 4 soverom, 2 bad og 8 (9 ved forespørsel) sengeplasser. Det er kjøkkenhage og drivhus som må vannes, men det kan også høstes ...

Velkommen til oss - her sover du godt! <3 Vi er nye på Airbnb - ønsker oss mange gjester og er takknemlige for all hjelp med å få gode tilbakemeldinger<3 Fra dette bostedet med perfekt beliggenhet har du enkel tilgang til alt. Sentrumsnært, strand, butikker, friluftsområder(Hove), Raet Nasjonalpark etc. Kun 40 min kjøretur til Kristiansand Dyrepark/Badeland. Innegjerdet lekeplass rett på utsiden og innegjerdet fotballbane med lekekrok i samme gate.

the apartment has a fantastic sea view! Big bedroom, sleepersofa in the living room with extra soft mattresses. 55" smart TV in the livingroom. 5 minutes walk to the bus stop Holmen (8 busses in 1 hour). the apartment is equipped with everything you need! Walls are extra sound isolated so you don't hear the traffic. we have a big jacuzzi with room for 7 people, available all year! please don't hesitate to contact us if there's anything you need.

Great location right on the seafront , guests can use the part where the jetty is just below their entrance and to the right of the large anchor on the jetty. THE REST OF THE PIER AND THE SEA arch and the beach we use. ( Not to renters,) There is also the possibility to rent a kayak, 2 pieces during the summer season.
