The cabin is located on a headland with water on three sides and the forest as a background. From the armchair you can look out on the water or into the woods. Large windows allow nature to enter the cabin. You can take a walk along the river and watch the wildlife. You can enjoy the gazebo while watching the fish. Newly refurbished cottage with private jetty and breathtaking views. The property is based in Marstrand and is located at Revesand on Tromøy in Arendal. The place has breath-taking views of Gjessøya, Mærdø, Havsøysund and Galtesund. In the evening you can see the light from the Torungen guy from the bed. There is a private jetty with a swimming ladder and plenty of room for many boats. The boathouse is well equipped, with rowboat, two kayaks, fishing gear, life jackets, etc. Pioneers 14 with 20 hp (2019 model) can be rented with the cottage if desired.

Very nice and spacious apartment in the middle of the city center with lovely sea views from large windows and private terrace. The terrace is with a superstructure to choose sun or shade. It is a safe and quiet area with adult residents around. The apartment is very central and is just above the Altisenteret which has 70 shops, wine monopoly, pharmacy, cafes and restaurants, just an elevator ride away. Short walk along the sea you will find Arendal guest harbor, which has a beach area, saltwater pool, sauna and restaurant.

Modern Sørland house with boat in Arendal!

Welcome to my newly renovated home, perfect as a commuter home, or as a relaxing and comfortable getaway! ☀️ There is a 40HK boat, boat space above the road. 🚤🌊 (+500kr per night for boat rental) season: April 16-November 14 Public parking and bus pocket is available just outside the house. The accommodation is close to a main road that can be busy at times, but the house is well insulated against noise. The accommodation is ready to host guests, even if there is still some outdoor work. Welcome!😀

Secluded holiday home, forest and the sea.

Huset er fra 2001,arkitekttegnet og kledning i osp. Det ligger helt usjenert til, det er 200 m til nærmeste nabo og grenser til Raet nasjonalpark på Tromøya. Flere strender 5-10 min unna med bil. Det er 150 meter til båt-og badeplass fra huset. Huset er 5 min fra nærmeste butikk og under 20 minutter fra Arendal. (med bil) Det er 4 soverom, 2 bad og 8 (9 ved forespørsel) sengeplasser. Det er kjøkkenhage og drivhus som må vannes, men det kan også høstes ...

Sentrumsnært, strand, butikker, friluftsområder(Hove), Raet Nasjonalpark etc. Kun 40 min kjøretur til Kristiansand Dyrepark/Badeland. Innegjerdet lekeplass rett på utsiden og innegjerdet fotballbane med lekekrok i samme gate.

the apartment has a fantastic sea view! Big bedroom, sleepersofa in the living room with extra soft mattresses. 55" smart TV in the livingroom. 5 minutes walk to the bus stop Holmen (8 busses in 1 hour). the apartment is equipped with everything you need! Walls are extra sound isolated so you don't hear the traffic. we have a big jacuzzi with room for 7 people, available all year! please don't hesitate to contact us if there's anything you need.
